never had a bad experience with lush.
I have never had a bad experience with lush, great quality products, a little costly but as an occasional treat they're great. the staff in the meadowhall shop are fantastic, friendly and thoughtful. its always nice when the staff love their jobs. an absolutely delightful experience and I'm already planning my next trip. I love their Halloween line and I think will cry when I use the monsters ball bath bomb, its too precious, so cute.
Loveee Lush cosmetics
Loveee Lush cosmetics, great that they use environmentally friendly packaging and ingredients and do not test on animals. Their products are natural and work really well. Love their sugar lip scrubs!
A false claiming its an organic…
A false claiming its an organic cosmetic while it isnt. It contains bad chemicals as colourants and perfumes. Some are even carcinogenous if used regulary. Why putting perfume in body scrub? Wouldnt the essential oils do the job? Same with colours. The reason i used Lush is its natural , which really isnt! -(((((

Good cosmetics at a fair price
Good cosmetics at a fair price, but I must say the 'Rainbow fizzer bath bomb' did sting my old eyes!
Little Treats of Heaven
Whenever I’m in town, I will pop into Lush and treat myself to something like a bubble bar or a piece of soap and can’t wait to have a bath to unwrap my little treat of heaven! I am a massive fan of the Karma soap, Milky Bath and Blue Skies bubble bar. I do try other products but I always revert back to these three. There are some favourites of mine that are no longer available like the Miranda soap and some products like the Milky Bath have doubled in price because the formula has changed and not necessarily for the better but none the less, it’s still a favourite.
I always find my local store really helpful in helping me look for something new to try and during this strange time, adhering to social distancing. I have never bought online although I do have an account as I like to leave reviews on products I’ve used. I was recently contacted by the Lush Customer Service regarding one comment I made and after a couple of email exchanges discussing my comment, as a gesture of goodwill, they sent me one of my favourite bubble bars.
There’s no animal testing. Packaging is recyclable although when I received my bubble bar in the post it was packed securely in a cardboard box in amongst polystyrene chips but I’m assuming these are biodegradable so they shouldn’t cause pollution. Some products are a bit expensive and some are not worth the money considering how long they last. To be honest, I don’t know many people who don’t like Lush, I find there’s always a gorgeous goodie for someone.

Good (mostly...) cruelty free products. A little pricey.
(So many Karen's experiencing one tiny problem and giving a one star review without even contacting Lush.)
5 star company
Nothing beats coming home to a nice bath bomb. I also love their sleep aid body butter. Was skeptical at first but really could not rave enough!!

I've got extremely sensitive skin from medical issues and I can use their sented products! I can't even use most unseated products from other companies. Even when I messed up an order they let me keep the product and rounded up my refund! Best products! Even better customer service!

Have always generally ordered from…
Have always generally ordered from Lush.....but, during lockdown it appears someone had a ridiculous idea to change all the soaps... (Honey I washed the kids) the honeycomb was the best smelling part....now it's a tiny strip at the end of the bar, also doesn't smell how it did... and waaaay smaller than used to be....way OVER PRICED for what your getting.... time to move on I feel.
Fresh hand-made quality products
You may feel a bit overwhelmed when walking into a store, but it's worth it. The products are super good quality, handmade, cruelty-free, and a huge range of vegan products as well. You can tell because of how they feel on your skin. I use their Grease Lightning, Ro's Argan, and the Dream Cream between others. I also use the Emotional Brilliance on a daily basis, their make up line is not bad at all. I confess I bought their fair trade tote bag, I've been using it for years and it's still fresh, it's so resistant!
The only thing is: it's expensive. Maybe overpriced?
Happy customer
Ordered twice during lockdown and I’ve been impressed with the service and quality of the products. They seem expensive but last a long time.
This company treated its employees well during this crisis being one of the first stores to close and to continue paying its staff. I think this should be recognised so I will continue to support them as a customer.
Do not shop online.
If you are going to use Lush, shop in store. Online is deceitful and unprofessional.A friend of mine is going through the worst time, so I decided to cheer her up and send her a pamper pack to help her relax. She had never tried Lush, so I went online and chose the most calming products I could find. All paid, and extra for next day delivery.... all done... Or so I thought. I received an email the next day to say the most important product ( a fresh facemask) was out of stock and had been for ages. No mention of this on the website. I asked for them to replace it with another mask to the same value, only to be told the order had already been shipped, regardless of my order being incomplete! Not only that, they also sent her the invoice, despite me stating it was a gift. Terrible. Never again.
Love Lush
I absolutely love lush, I use their bath bombs, solid shampoo & conditioner, face masks, concealer and more, love it all.
Yes the staff seems overeager sometimes, but if you just say "no thank you" to the 3 different people approaching you they will leave you alone for the rest of your visit unless you ask them something.
The only time I had a problem with a product I went back to the store (my Fun somehow melted even though it was unopened) and they let me get another product for it instead, no hassle.
The negative reviews here are hilarious and clearly all Karens:
I don't understand why there are so many complaints here about shipping costs, then go to a store and get it, our local lush has a great click and collect system. One negative review even said VAT is too high, I'm not sure that's lush's fault. You can also expect your bathbombs to be delivered in a cardboard box without plastic, if you want to kill the earth go buy some plastic straws and shopping bags at some unsustainable supermarket.
