I like lush a lot however I do feel…
I like lush a lot however I do feel they are overpriced for what they are. Also I’m not sure I think all of there stuff is that ‘natural’ but that’s just my opinion. I recently ordered some items online and the bath bombs came without a bag so gifting them wouldn’t be ideal. Also some were chipped but I guess this is a risk of delivery
I am extremely sensitive to scents and…
I am extremely sensitive to scents and what I use on my skin. I considered myself a great customer dropping about $300.00 every visit to lush. I would stock up on their soaps and shaving gels. I visited yesterday, I pulled my mask down enough to smell the soap that I may purchase and the young man working their, half my age, proceeded to refer to me as “sweetie and honey” in a condescending and disrespectful tone. He recited the state mandate mask expectations for MA, he sounded just like one of Hitler’s right hand men, brainwashed! Instill fear in people and that’s what you get, no common sense and the living dead! Even if he was just, “doing his job” there are so many other ways of using courtesy and saying what he said. He could have said, “I’m sorry ma’am, we are asking that you keep your mask on in the store, but we have samples to take home and smell/use if you would like?” We all forget from time to time. I might remind him that none of our masks are N-95 and we all don’t feel the same way that he does. But today, if you feel differently from someone else, your wrong for having a difference of opinion. I should have looked into what they are about and what their agenda is. They just lost a GREAT customer, Necessaire is an amazing brand I just made my purchases online.
Make soap, not division.
They should have done what they did best - make bath bombs. I went to their page to order only to my dismay to find that they had “defund the police” all over their page. My entire family is in law enforcement and we actually work for the communities so I will NEVER order from them again!
Not ordering from them again. Unhelpful.
Order arrived with items missing. I contacted the team. I've been made to feel like this is my responsibility to resolve myself and was told to chase it up with Royal Mail and complete a lengthy form ect. All of which I feel is the responsibility of Lush as I am the customer not a member of their team. Now I have to wait up to 30 more days to hear back from Royal Mail and go from there. I did not feel like LUSH want to help which is ironic because their customer service email is "wecare@lush".... Not ordering from them again.
Lush is great in store and online
I've purchased Lush products both online and in American stores. I've used their bar shampoos, conditioners, soaps, facial moisturizer bars, and even their hair henna bars. I was so excited to finally check into that quirky shop in the mall, and realized that I could make some in-store package free swaps that are also animal cruelty free. Score!
Good experience, slow & pricey delivery
Good experience. Bought bath bombs and they arrived safely but a little annoyed at £4 delivery and 5 days timescale for delivery.
LUSH--The best products and customer service ever!
I was very impressed with Lush's customer service regarding a situation I recently experienced with a product that the store did not have in stock. The staff at the store level were simply lovely and the women at HQ blew my socks off with their exceptional response to my issue. Their products and service are amazing and I appreciate the ethics and way the products are made. Their attention to my inquiry was impeccable and I was able to get the products I needed easily and quickly. I love LUSH!
Thank you for saving my hair!
Always love Lush products, the fact that they're cruelty free is a massive bonus for me. Deliveries are really good and customer service is always fantastic, especially going into my local stores as staff are super friendly and helpful, it's so refreshing actually having a conversation with someone and not being rushed out the door.
Bought the Soak and Float solid shampoo and American Cream pressed conditioner and used them for the first time tonight and all I can say is thank you! I'd been using another companies products for a few weeks and they destroyed my hair and gave me dandruff, but after just one wash my hair has been given life again and of course they smell amazing!
AWFUL SERVICE IN BRENT CROSS
I have just been turned away from LUSH in Brent Cross shopping centre because my 5 year old did not have a face covering to put on. Myself and my husband both had ours on but apparently it is compulsory in a lush store for even a baby under one to wear a face covering even though the actual law clearly states any child under the age of 11 does not have to wear one. There were no signs in place stating this information so we also queued for 20 minutes also before being turned away. My daughter was in tears she loves going in to look at all the different bath bombs etc and so do I. In the last two weeks I have visited two lush stores one in Milton Keynes and one in central London neither of which even asked for my daughter to put a covering over her face. This policy either needs to be the same for every single store or like the law states any child under the age of 11 does not have to wear one. Very disappointed and shocked at the awful service received today. I will not be visiting this lush store again and I advise those with young children to stay away too unless you have a face covering even for children as young as one! A male with long hair tied back was the person who turned us away.

Aussie Outback soap
It’s a minty one- my partner used original source mint so I thought I’d get him to try this and he loved it- on his third bar and my 6 year old tried it and loved it too!
Great smell, feels nice and it’s environmentally friendly 5 stars from us
Lovely throughout
Welcoming and listening to your requirements, helpful suggestions along the way,
Suitably packaged to take home.
They are expensive but quality soap / bath bombs are worth it for the 'ME' time they give.
