What's worse than your average spammer/scammer? A spam-enabling business pretending to be a legitimate company. I can only guess that anyone who gives Lusha—horrible name!—a positive rating is either... See more

Estão tentando legalizar o spam
Estão tentando legalizar o spam, envio de email não solicitado e não autorizado, pois todo dia eu recebo um email enviado pela lusha dizendo:
This notice serves to provide you data about the collection, processing, and sale of certain of your personal Data about you ("Personal Data") by Lusha Systems Inc. ("Lusha"). Please continue reading below for more details about the Personal Data we collect, how we gather it, and how it is used and shared.
Lusha's proprietary online software assists businesses (our "customers") to find business contact data ("Data") retained in Lusha's B2B database ("Database").
Lusha are Extortion Artists
I found Lusha to be a group of extortion artists. I purchased a 1-year membership and used their solution for 6 months. At the 12 month anniversary, they "Auto-Renewed" me and hit my credit card for an additional $620 bucks.
Lusha doesn't post email or contact information anywhere, which made it difficult to dispute.
Discover Card finally gave a support number out of India. Lusha, rather than sending the charge back to Discover, asked for my Checking Account and Routing information. These guys are complete hucksters.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
Scraped personal mobile & illegal calls
Scraped my personal mobile number off LinkedIn, now receiving sales calls both during and outside of working hours. My number is registered with TPS so the calls are illegal, wouldn't recommend anyone deal with this company.
Repeatedly spammed with pushy calls on…
Repeatedly spammed with pushy calls on my mobile from companies who have obtained my details from Lusha. Requested removal twice now.
I've been receiving daily unsolicited…
I've been receiving daily unsolicited calls to my personal phone number from the UK and US. I was able to discover that they got my details from Lusha.
I had zero idea who Lusha were. I have no relationship with them and certainly did not consent to them harvesting and selling my personal information.
Their website has a form to submit requests to have your data hidden but not deleted from their system. And you have to sign up to their Ts&Cs and provide more personal data, which i certainly won't do.
I have contacted them and invoked my rights under UK GDPR rules. I am still awaiting a response.
Stole my details
Stole my details, claims "legitimate interest", and to remove wants me to submit more of my details!
unsolicited text
I received an unsolicited text out of the blue from this company. It appears that they harvested my details from the web. Now they are asking me to opt out, or presumably ill be cold-called by an assortment of other scammers. Im not going to engage with lucha, or any of the other scammers. Anyone who bought my contact details from lucha has been had.
lusha.com another company that thinks…
lusha.com another company that thinks spamming people is legal in the UK it is NOT.
I always say most Spammers are Scammers and this bunch must be as even the removal form on their website does not work
Lusha selling my mobile number
Lusha selling my mobile number, and presume gained it from data breach somewhere... Contacting ICO.
Illegal operation obtaining private information
Another voice saying what the others have. This company had illegally obtained my personal mobile number and is selling it. They claim to be GDPR compliant. Bulls*t. What a shame that companies can operate like this illegally and get away with it.
Never had anything to do with them
Never had anything to do with them. Further i never opt-in to marketing campaigns etc. Yet theyve seem to be into scrapping Linkedin and then making it my problem trying to dissasoicate from them.
Given all the comments I see here @ICO needs to do something about this.
very untrustworthy company
I wanted to write this all in blockcaps, but I resisted. I was called by a number of sales organisations in the UK, claiming they got my number from Lusha. I never opt-in to ANY marketing. I am going to report them to the ICO for a GDPR breach. By the way, the site's telephone opt-out page is a scam. I tried it twice and got the same OTP code and a failure message asking me to contact the security officer—but hey, the contact details were nowhere to be found!
Selling my data against my will
I was sold Lusha as a product, being told it was GDPR compliant. I didn't take up the license, then shortly after got an email that I was in their database, and keep getting various sales calls to my personal mobile.
I have contacted them 4 times to be asked to be removed from their database with no reply.
As I suspected, not at all compliant, immoral and unprofessional.
Lusha are not GDPR compliant. Fake info held
Lusha, you are driving me absolutely mad!!! You have clearly and illegally and INCORRECTLY posted my details online and I’m getting call after call after call from businesses wanting to sell me coffee!!!!! I WORK WITH COMPUTERS!!!!! There is zero way to contact you… I NEEED all my info removing from your site immediately - I didn’t ask for it to be there and you NEED to comply with GDPR - what is your complaints address???
Lusha collects and makes up information…
Lusha collects and makes up information (such as non-existent email addresses) and sends out spam / phishing emails repeatedly, even if the domain returns Non-Delivery Reports. This is considered illegal and should be ceased immediately. Let's hope someone finds a legal way to stop them!
Illegal processing of personal data
This company has been illegaly processing my personal data and selling it to other parties. This has to STOP! If you live in the UK or EU, please report them (for UK > google: ICO Data protection complaints)
This is a SCAM. DONT provide ANY information
Be absolutely clear this is a SCAM. An attempt to harvest personal information by deception.
DONT give them any information. They will not stop contacting you. Don't trust what I or anyone else says without checking first with a trusted third party.
In some areas you may be able to ask your online watchdog/regulator, Internet provider / cell provider or network to save anyone else from this morally bankrupt scam
Don't fall for the pasted nonsense they use to confuse people when someone bothers to reply. Unfortunately a business model that works by harming your aunty, your granddad, your offline older cousin just moves onto the next scheme.
This company has illegally acquired my…
This company has illegally acquired my personal details and sold it to third parties. I am now being harrassed via my personal mobile number and email address by companies that I have no interest in doing business with.
This is not the first time this has happened, I have submitted requests to have my details removed from their system yet am still being contacted.
Noone is getting back to us!
Just signed up to Lusha on Enterprise subscription - seems to be a faulty system and won't let us download data needed. Have tried to reach out to account manager/s many times over the last 3 days, but to no success - this is an issue as we need this to continue our work - just need an answer to our questions/someone to help us fix the issue.
ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I don’t know why I don’t look here first. Customer Service is a joke. Can’t log in with a brand new password. I’m only on day 1 with them. UGH!!! This platform was highly recommended, unreal!
