Well made product though would prefer if solid walnut hardwood or solid chestnut hardwood not stained - as the lovely work deserves genuine hardwood product( not stained mango wood).

Ordered item as shown on website but then received e mail saying it was out of stock and should not have been shown.
Fully refunded with no issues

Products not received and poor customer service

We ordered two chairs at the end of December. Nearly a month later, only one chair has arrived and we are still chasing to get a second chair delivered (we have made numerous emails and phone calls and have got no where). The company blame it on Evri, and we are still trying to get them to send us a second chair. The customer service has been awful, not understanding, not proactive and keeps attempting to fob us off. Would not advise using this website/company as its not guaranteed you will receive your products that you pay for.

Asked to review and never even received order

Interesting to be asked for a review when I am still waiting for my order. The first chair I wanted was not available but was offered a very nice alternative to be delivered in 10 days. That came and went and was then told by this weekend. I have asked for information but no answer and no chair. Not a very good first experience so far.

Fabulous!

Great communication, service and beautiful furniture. I ordered a desk and chair and they are quality items. Would use in the future.

Just don’t bother ordering from this…

Just don’t bother ordering from this company!
Lack of communication when needed .
Take your money for products they don’t have and then no email to tell you they don’t have them , they wait until you get in touch to then reply days later with we will issue a refund !
This has happened on 2 occasions in 6 months with the same excuse each time !
Suspect !

Extremely poor service, no communication!

Extremely poor service from this company. My order was never dispatched and when I made contact (which took a while to get through) I was informed my order wasn’t on their system! When they then found my order they couldn’t even send my product out as apparently they were all faulty!

Had I of not made contact several times I presume I would still be waiting for them to inform me my order couldn’t be sent out!

Customer care and communication is key and I felt very let down and disappointed with how much this was lacking.

The only positive is that I was refunded!
