I have to admit, I was highly skeptical about using Oxford Claim Company after seeing some of the very low ratings and terrible reviews here on Trustpilot. However, my experience was the complete opposite, and I want to share this to help raise awareness for other customers who might be hesitating.
I filed a claim for my recent iPhone, and the entire process was handled perfectly. I received a replacement phone literally in less than a week!
From what I can tell, the key to success is simply providing the right documents. I made sure to hand over every single piece of documentation they requested, and because of that, everything went incredibly smoothly.
A massive shoutout to Ronnie, who personally handled my case. I am incredibly grateful for the professional and efficient service. I definitely do not regret insuring my tech with this company, and I will absolutely continue to use them in the future. Don't let the negative reviews deter you—do your part with the paperwork, and they will deliver!

No complaints did everything they were supposed to at a fast pace. I read terrible reviews and was panicking after id sent in my phone for repair but there was no need. They communicated well and answered any questions.

Have still not received my mobile device in over a month, been told the same lie 'they're waiting on a part'. Would dodge this company like the plague, really poor workmanship.

Imagine after all they have done, they still tried to nic the phone off me after damaging my brand new phone costing £1200 they offered me £589 for settlement, when I then returned the phone to them they then tried to say that there was additional damages which they done and say it was me.

Absolutely ABYSMAL!

A full year paying cover for a brand new mobile phone, and the amount of stalling tactics and red tape I've encountered should be classed as a criminal action!

My experience with this company’s handling of my insurance claim has been extremely disappointing — and is still ongoing without resolution. The process has been marked by mistakes, poor communication, and false accusations that have left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

A case handler accused me of altering documents to fit the policy and even claimed I was “kicking off.” This was completely untrue — I remained polite and cooperative throughout, and all documents I provided were accurate and properly submitted.

To make matters worse, I was mistakenly included in a private call between the case handler and a manager, where my claim was discussed. This was highly inappropriate and raised serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. Rather than questioning the false accusations, the manager simply accepted them, and my claim was rejected based on assumptions rather than facts.

The situation remains unresolved, causing ongoing stress and frustration. Being falsely accused and subjected to such poor handling has been unacceptable, and I am still waiting for this company to address their failings properly.

Based on my ongoing experience, I cannot recommend this company and would urge others to think very carefully before using them.

I was expecting the usual drawn‑out process, lowball offers, or hoops to jump through — but instead, I got a clear response, a quick decision, and a fair cash offer that reflected the real‑world value of the phone.

Darshan kept things simple and clear. I confirmed the offer just before 5 pm on a Friday, and while I’m still waiting on the payment hitting my account, everything so far has been handled properly and without delay on their side.

No excess, no stress, and no surprises — which, let’s be honest, is rare in this space. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but based on how things have gone so far, I’d be more than happy to recommend them.
