I had been trying to contact them several times via phone and email and they never get back to me for send the label to return the item. Bad customer experience, don't buy from them

Dirty Product
The delivery was fine, the product was what was described. However, when i opened it, the bag smelled AWFUL and the hat was stained and covered in hair and dirt. The hat still does not smell good at all.

Nice purchase.
Lovely socks, very soft. Would give five stars but I could still feel the toe seam on my two broken toes. Bought at the sale price, full price a bit steep. Very fast delivery, nice company to buy from.

Great all round service
I ordered something which I didn't like once I received it and asked to return item. They sent me a link to print a pre paid return label. I sent it off and received a full refund 3 days later, they paid for return which I think is first class.
