Order was never shipped. Seller kept stalling claiming watches were under assembly, quality assurance, etc. but timings were weeks past the advertised timeline they had provided. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. AVOID

Paid and never received watch..No refund despite multiiple requests. This is total scam!!!

We ordered a watch on Dec. 5th and they indicated the watch shipped on a couple of dates. No shipping information ever received and the watch has never arrived. When contacted they provided no support and after multiple requests they stopped answering. I would not order from this company.

Inexistant customer service, package coming from China, since beginning of December I’m waiting for my order. Now 2 weeks that they don’t answer at all. Pure Drop Shipping incompetency.

Ordered December 9. Received multiple “update” emails. Received an email stating item was shipped. Item never shipped or got any tracking. After I sent multiple emails the company stopped responding. I tried to dispute the store on Shopify and their policy pretty much says they don’t do much and they won’t be responding to my dispute about the store scamming on their platform smh. Do not buy from this company.

They had me pay them and never shipped out any watches. They claim they shipped the items; however, if you look up the order it just says processing. When trying to contact customer service they simply never answer. I’m disputing the transaction with my bank. They’re a scam.

Purchased 3 watches for Christmas present in November. Received shipping # 12/09. after numerous emails, I was told watches would arrive arrive New Years. Package/letter arrived today, no watches, but a warranty card. I've dispured charges. SCAMMERS.

Waited almost 2 months for a watch I ordered. Got fed up and disputed the charge on my card. It sucks that the website looks so legit but I haven’t seen a single good comment about them. DONT BUY FROM LUTTO WATCHES

Bought 3 watches in late November, They send me a tracking number. Finally received a text that my package was delivered 1/4. When I got home all I received is an envelope with a discount card inside, no watch. Emailed them, no response. Disputing through PayPal now.

Paid over $300 for a watch (seikojust mint green) that I have not worn since I received. The band quickly fell apart. After email what seems like 50+ times and sending pictures and videos to a customer service rep named “Marco” I have yet to receive resolution for this issue and they have now stopped responding to any emails. I just want a refund and they can have their junky watch back. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered 2 custom Seiko watches and after a couple weeks they have still not shipped even though they keeping sending me emails that they shipped. When I check the order status they just say that it’s ordered, no updates from any questions I’ve asked and no tracking number.
