If I want something

How you can take money from so many people and not to give them back. And really nobody is doing nothing? Where is Police? Where are our money? I'm waiting from 19.february, sent too many e mails. Why are you not going to work somewhere else if you don't know how to do business and then u angry cos people are saying u scam. What else we must thinking. People stuck without products and money. Last time u sent an e mails that mollie blocked your account and after few days that is again opened. So I'm asking again where is my money and other people too?

Payed for products that have never received, also no refund

i made a purchase on 21-12-2020, didnt receive anything withing a month time, also no update about my products being shipped, asked for a refund, after some time i was told i would be refunded in two weeks and still nothing after another one month :D
got scammed...

Hope people will read this and be extra carefull using this website.

will try to get my money back through paypal's buyers protect, hopefully they can help.

Worst operations and customer service

This business can’t handle the operations. I ordered a cutlery set a month ago and I still haven’t received anything. When you ask for more news you get a horrible automatic mail system where you have to mail a specific word to get a specific reply, and they just keep on sending you the same reply when you want more information. I can understand you’re a bit behind after the holidays, but that time is passed. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten and I hope they fix it soon.

No order received

We order table and chairs with unicorns for our daughter. We didn’t get no order already more then 2 months and no money back. And I don’t think that we ever gonna get it, because they didn’t answer the emails or if they answer the only answer is that they will check where it is, already for 2 months and it’s not possible to call them. So be careful who want to buy something from there.

We willen je vragen om jezelf eens in onze schoenen te plaatsen. Wetende dat je niemand oplicht, maar helaas te maken hebt gehad met een vervelende periode waarin voorraden snel gingen, de mailbox vol liep zonder enig overzicht en kosten een heel stuk hoger uitvielen dan verwacht. We werken iedere dag hard om alles in orde te krijgen, we verzenden bestellingen en lossen we situaties op. Alleen kunnen we niet iedereen in één keer afhandelen, maar er doen echt ons uiterste best. Echter worden we nu dagelijks (persoonlijk èn naasten) lastiggevallen, gehinderd en zelfs bedreigd. De meeste klanten handelen netjes en zijn begripvol, echter zijn er genoeg die deze berichten online lezen en op andere onprettige manieren ongenoegen uiten.

Negatieve recensies mogen uiteraard geschreven worden, een ervaring (hoe die dan ook verloopt) mag geuit worden. Echter willen we iedereen vragen niet te snel tot conclusies te komen die niet gegrond zijn. Bedreigingen en valse beschuldigingen zullen dan ook worden aangegeven bij de Politie.

No product or communication

I have orderred a product in November 2020 and still have not received it! I tried to get in contact via email, but got no reply for any of my mails.
I understand the increased workload etc. and have been quite patient, but I have been waiting for my product for 3 months (!) now, which is quite some delay to the 3-5 days delivery promised on the website.

Great customer support.

Great customer support.
I have contacted them about my order that was not shipped after 1 week. I understood that there was a backlog of orders and it will take a bit longer. However, I received my order within a day after contacting them.
The product is all good - and the price was quite nice compared to other webshops

They’re thieves and scammers. I’ve ordered my package in December and after weeks of no respond I cancelled it. I sent MANY Emails and kept receiving an automatic Email back. That’s why I cancelled it. Fast forward they accepted and send me an Email that they will refund me in 14 days. Weeks later I still didn’t get my refund. They send me an Email not te write a bad review. They’re more concerned about the reviews than sending your package or refunding your money!!! SO DO NOG ORDER!!!
