BE VERY CAREFUL!!! ALLLLL of their products are considered “final sale” and you cannot return them. This company refuses to even cancel a sale before they have even processed or shipped the order. I ordered and the order was in the “pending” status when I asked to cancel it, less than 12 hours after ordering. Three days later, still “pending” and still refusing to cancel the order saying “for hygienic purposes earring cannot be returned.” I NEVER EVEN GOT THEM! I only wanted to cancel!

The “final sale” disclosure is very small and it is on EVERY SINGLE ITEM. I don’t even know why they have a return policy posted on their page if EVERYTHING is final sale.

I regret giving them a nickel. There’s dozens of other people in this space. Don’t spend your money with them.

The customer service here is amazing, they are very responsive and the necklace arrived early. The 6ct tennis necklace is absolutely gorgeous, the 4 prong settings are smooth and don't catch on clothes/hair and the clasp is also smooth. Could NOT be happier!

I love my 2 carat diamond solitaire. It is wonderful quality. More importantly it looks great and sparkles so much. I have gotten some really nice compliments. Customer service at Luvansh is exceptional also. I would love to purchase more jewelry from here.

I purchased a 2.03 ct, E color, VVS2 clarity, excellent cut pear shaped lab diamond from Luvansh. I was skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true (it was one of their no brainer deals) but I’d seen good reviews and they seemed liked on reddit so I made my order. They shipped quickly and then it hit a snag. During the ice storm my package stopped moving, I reached out to customer service and Joe got in touch with FedEx and they were able to locate the package and get it moving again! It arrived today and is stunning. I can’t wait to get it set into something pretty!

I have made three purchases to date. Each diamond I received was truly beautiful, and shipping was quite fast. My first purchase was a 2ct, which I placed in my late Mother’s old engagement ring and it is absolutely amazing! This company was very helpful to me as well, not just a company interested in the sale but much more interested in satisfying customers - aimed at future sales. For example - I misplaced the certification documents for one of my purchases and they quickly emailed me an electronic copy. The document is necessary so that I can have the diamond set into the band of one of my rings. I live in Canada and the company is located in the USA which means I have to ask a local jeweller to redesign my ring. I’m very satisfied with the purchase price, and the quality of the products I received. I strongly recommend ordering from LUVANSH for their loose diamonds, gems, or the gorgeous jewelry.

I discovered this site about a year ago. I was for sure hesitant but I ordered a 2.88 heart size diamond VVS 2 clarity and I love it so much. I have tiny hands and my normal ring size is 4 so this stone looks so big and people definitely stare at it. I also bought a 1.28 VSI D color diamond and the other day I purchased 2 pink pear diamonds to put next to the 1.28 stone. I plan on purchasing a yellow diamond very soon. These lab diamonds are so pretty and they pop so much. They are worth the buy. They also come super quick and shipping has not been an issue.
