My husband gifted me this ring for Christmas, an early Valentine’s surprise, and it has exceeded every expectation. I truly wept with joy when I opened it. (20 minutes, don't judge!) We were nervous about ordering such an important piece online, but Luvansh delivered something absolutely breathtaking. The craftsmanship is stunning, and the ring feels timeless, like it’s meant to become a family heirloom. I cannot say enough good things. If you’re hesitant to order online, don’t be. This experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Real reviewer. (Only difficultly was coordinating to sign for delivery with FedEx)

I purchased 2 items on Dec 26th. After I finally received them 4 weeks later, the items simply did not fit. Furthermore, the diamonds looked fake and small, and absolutely did not match the description. I tried to email customer service multiple times and even call the number provided by my credit card, and each time I was met with resistance. One of the customer service reps took a screenshot of the same item during a sale THIS week citing no returns or exchanges. I argued that nowhere on the paperwork, email receipt, or even the website at the time of purchase stated that fact. Conversely, their website promised free returns. This company is obviously running a bait and switch! They decided to change their policy when I asked for a return. They will sell you an inferior product and then proudly steal your money. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a custom pink diamond ring and made several changes along the way. They responded to all my emails confirming my design changes within a day or so and the final product is beautiful. The entire process took about 1 month to receive my ring. I would definitely order from them again!

If you are looking for beautiful quality lab grown diamonds at a great price, look no further. I bought a diamonds by the yard necklace, and it was so beautiful that I bought a pair of diamond hoop earrings. The quality is fantastic and the service is fast and responsive.

Luvanish's events are incorrect. Listed below are the events that took place:
1. Dec 15, 2025 - Made a purchase.
2. Dec 20, 2025 - Received a package via UPS from Luvanish. Realized I needed to request an exchange.
3. Dec 22, 2025 - Sent Luvanish an email requsting an exchange. No Response from Luvanish.
4. Dec 29, 2025 - Second Requst. I received an email. My request was denied.
5. Dec 30, 2025 - Third Request email which included the 12/22/2025, email (this document provided evidence of my request within the 7-day exchange period). My request was denied, once again.
6. Dec 22, 2025 - Dec 30, 2025, I also communicated my requests, several times, through Luvanish 's "Chat" option with zero success.
7. Dec 31, 2025 - I submitted a review re: my Luvanish LLC experience.
8. Jan 7, 2026 - I finally received an email from Luvanish LLC stating after reviewing my emails they decided to send me an exchange label (Go figure).
---At this point, I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY after going through their unprofessional customer service and I will NEVER do business with them ever again. THEREFORE, ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Amazing product and delivered earlier than the date provided. The diamond is amazing and a perfect product for the best price out there. Highly recommend.

Customer service was helpful! I was able to get an update on my order status very quickly.

The quality of the jewelry is good, and the shipping was fast, but I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency. I bought a pair of 5 CTW lab diamond earrings for $2,000, only to find out upon delivery that they come without any IGI or GIA certificates.

​The company claims that if the title doesn't say 'IGI Certified,' the item is part of their 'non-certified collection.' However, this is NOT clearly stated on the product page. For a purchase of this value, any customer would expect a certificate by default. When I contacted support, they asked for an additional $150 to provide the certificate that should have been there in the first place.

​If you don't care about paperwork, the prices are good. But if you need a certified stone, be prepared for hidden costs and confusing descriptions. I feel like the company is intentionally hiding this information from customers."

I purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings as a gift for my wife.The setting the stones came in was extremely thin and cheap. After wearing them for one week, the post snapped off the earring and it fell out of her ear while on a walk. She wore them for 7 days and there was no stress or damage to the earring in that time.

When I reached out to the company for my issue, their solution was to have me pay to ship them back to be repaired. The shipping cost was about the same as having the repair done by a local jeweler! I’m paying for both earrings to be reset out of my own pocket, as I don’t trust the quality. I’m extremely disappointed with the product I received and with Luvansh’s unwillingness to stand behind it. Shop elsewhere.

Customer Service is top-notch. They responded quickly to all my questions regarding my purchase. I received my eternity ring with 3CWT diamonds yesterday and it is absolutely stunning! I have never seen diamonds sparkle so much. In fact I love my ring so much that I bought another one so that I can stack them.
