The exercises seem to be tailored made for my facial needs and very easy to follow … be it by the instructions and the lady in the video. It’s like having a live private instructor.

This company has stolen over 200 euro…
This company has stolen over 200 euro from me. Agreed to a trial and clx it my end yet still took over 200 euro and will not return. Even though I never used app after initial trial period. Stay away.
They refunded 110 payment but not 96euro one. And claimed i was double charged. Lies. Give me my money

I really love the Luvly upp
I really love the Luvly upp. The training program has a good structure and you can see your progress day by day. The exercises are demonstated very clear, so you can’t do wrong. Good length of the trainings pass make it real to find time to do the program even on a busy day. Calm music helps to relax and find contact with body and mind. A lot of extra content with exercises and scin care advices.
I recommend the Luvly app!

Easy to continue
It is only 3-days-experience so I cannot see any changes yet.
But it is easy and only a shot time to spend so I am sure I can continue.
Also, after the exercise, I feel my face became warm. I am looking forward to seeing my change in 3 weeks.

Awful Billing/Subscription service
Whilst the face yoga videos themselves are really good like others have said the billing /auto add ons is dreadful.
I signed up for £15 initial one month trial and had a £39.49 charge for one to one coaching automatically added which I didn’t want. After many emails I was offered 30% money back - UK Consumer Law states we can get refund during the first 14 days as a ‘cooling off’ period. I stated this and raised a refund request /dispute through bank and got money back.
I paused subscription with 8 days to go on current plan and have lost access to any content. This has also coincided with hitting day 10 of the program which seems to be when others have lost access unless prepared to pay for Premium service which I don’t want. There’s no way past the ad for that.
Really disappointed as the content is good but they seriously need to improve their billing /subscription/refund system as it comes across as a complete scam.

I wrote a bunch of mails, but nobody answer to my question. After I cancelled Luvly coaching and was told I am not eligible to receive my money back, finally I decided to stay with 70% off the sum. But till that moment - no coach, no pdf file. So I am looking to the final date when I probably would be cordially advised that the program is finished. I really tried my best, but I have to admit I am very disappointed!
And last, but not least- please stop sending me mails with new promotions. This is not fair!

Fantastic exercises that really work
Fantastic exercises that really make a difference to skin if done daily or even several times a week. The only downside is the app itself - it kept resetting for me and removing all my progress, photos etc - it was quite unnerving, not being able to move forward and having to redo the same exercises over and over again. Support team were lovely and very helpful, but we couldn't quite resolve the issue, despite me having the latest iOS and doing all the right things:)
So all in all, I'm tempted to resubscribe as I can definitely see the difference in my skin tone and overall appearance - but would love the app to not crash on me:)

The app has really good practical…
The app has really good practical exercises and can be adjusted to my routine. They have excellent service too. When I was charged for the subscription when I hadn’t cancelled before the trial phase, they generously extended my subscription by 6 months. Realistically I think this is very smart and will get me hooked. But maybe at a more reasonable price.
