I’ve ordered hair from here before with no problems in the past. Recently I ordered wavy bundles and they were horrible. First off the hair was curly not wavy, secondly the hair shed badly, and lastly the hair was mixed with synthetic hair. I paid for Brazilian bundles and the hair was horribly dry and kinky. Will not be ordering again

I have bought 5 wigs from LUVME, and first I was surprised BUT the last two wigs have shedded all over the place.
I wrote to them and they answered me quickly
Offered me a giftcard for 25 dollars. For a wig I paid 289 for.
I said yes. Cause they said it was “normale” to shed in the beginning. Eventhough their own page promise NO SHEDDING!! FUNNY ENOUGH.
So I wrote again cause it keeps shedding and it is now very visiable in front of the wig
They said it was not a problem. I could somehow and that to cover the big gab in front.
And since I had used the wig, they will let me returned it
I had only used hair oil. No washing. No styling.
They ended up offering me I 70 dollars refund.
But I will not buy any more wigs.
I have done everything they say concerning caring for my wigs. But I don`t have the money to buy new wigs constantly because the shed and I can not use them.
It can’t be true, that a wig should shed constantly, from first day.

Words cannot express how amazing the customer service team is at Luvme! They answered back my emails promptly, showed nothing but kindness along with understanding, and did everything they possibly could to make a return and exchange process so extremely easy. They kept me updated with each step and keep in contact with me regarding new updates. Not to mention that the wig I received is BEAUTIFUL. I'm extremely grateful that this company will always be my go-to for the best hair and customer service employees ever!
