Bought a “as new” condition phone from this seller, phone came with scratches and scuff marks all over the screen, not even in “good” condition, upong rrying to return it, there’s no response from seller, i tried to call, sent emails sent msgs through ebay but no response at all, other buyers have posted similar reviews of receiving different then ordered phones or way worse condition phones then advertised and to top it off then seller dors not responds at all and you’ll be pretty much own ur own. far better refurbished phones on amazin and ebay, AVOID this seller for phones at all cost

Bought an iPhone 11 Pro in “great condition” from here 2 years ago and have had no issues with it, well priced, fast delivery at the time, no complaints.

Writing this after the exchange of over 20 emails-they sent me the wrong iPad model with damages that were not disclosed, without a receipt, refusing a partial refund. Their replies are generic and it took me at least 5 emails to make them understand what the problem is. They have finally sent the receipt, which still states the wrong model and doesn't mention damages, it also doesn't have the right price. They said they can't provide the correct receipt due to how they system works. If they can't sort this, why would you trust them with repairs or any other obligations. They do not have any concept of consumer laws or customer service.
