Phoenix

Had some concerns which needed direct assistance from a live person. I was connected with Phoenix who immediately took care of the problem. You could tell he read all the prior information so the process wasn’t long and drawn out he was direct and efficient. Thanks again Phoenix

Luxalgo is different league

Luxalgo is a great indicator Toolkit with powered backtesters with Aı. Their customer support always returns and finds a solution to any type of issue/question. Thank you Phoenix, I appreciate it.

Products are ok but not everything…

Products are ok but not everything perfect as unicorns flying over the plains

Used LA for 4 years. Indies are pretty ok, though with years and experience I found many free ones which are at least not worse.

Pricing policy is typical American model which is annoying.

Decided to quit when my card expired and still somehow was charged almost 500$ with expired card half year later. Was surprised when found out there is no money return in this case - which is classified as unauthorised transaction.

Subscriptions remain active until they are explicitly canceled. Payment methods being updated or expiring does not automatically cancel an active subscription, and renewal charges will still process accordingly once billing is successful.

However, we do take unauthorized charges very seriously. Feel free to reach out to support, we would be happy to resolve this.
