Rodrigo's Help was Great!

I opted for the LuxAlgo Ultimate Annual Subscription. When I initially opened the account, I connected my dad's TradingView username but I ended up opening my own shortly afterwards. Rodrigo made the process fast and easy. I'm very happy with his help, especially on New Year's Day!

Still waiting for a refund inside 30day money back

I contacted Luxalgo-support on 24.12.2025 to get my money back.
No answer from them till now - not a good practice :(
Wrote them again today.

Contrary to the statement from Luxalgo today (see below), I got NO reply to my 2 emails send to them! Also no email from them in my spam-folder!
Stay away from LuxAlgo!

Good Luck getting refund from these SCAMMERS if you forget to cancel your subscription!!
Very poor Customer service and they will not back to your chats after they charge on your card!!
