SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

This is not a UK based business they are operating from China. Clothes are substandard, worse than Shein. Returns to be sent back to China, I have emailed them 7 times and keep getting the same AI generated reply which keeps offering more discount to keep, I am upto 30% now. I have registered a charge back with buy credit card company and reported the website as a scam site

If I could I would give this company 0 I would. The clothing is cheap, badly made, wrongly sized and not as it appears on the website. Stay away from this company. You will not get your money back.

A COMPLETE SCAM!! There is no closure sale as there is no boutique in London to begin with - is a complete lie. They are using fake photos. The clothes are nothing like what is on the website. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Really wished I'd read the reviews before I ordered, but the website lured me in and I fell for it. Am now debating whether to take the hit to return the 3 dresses I bought to China (no mention of this on the website) or to donate the poor quality, wrongly sized dresses.
As the others have said, there is no way I can believe the positive reviews on here are real. They're cheap polyester dresses, badly cut and badly sized. On the website, it says they are 'breathable fabrics' - would be more accurate to write 'flammable fabrics'.
Am seriously upset about this. They just try and keep offering you discounts instead of returning, and I'm worried that even if I do return, I won't get all my money back. Absolutely disgraceful.

Similar to the other 1-star reviews. Shocking company, shouldn't be allowed to trade here. I do not believe the 5-star reviews are real. The product I ordered is nothing like that shown; the quality is shockingly awful, not worth what I paid for it, and certainly shouldn't have to pay the ridiculous returns shipping price to China. They have you between a rock and a hard place. They make you believe they are a London company! They have offered me a 30% partial refund, if I choose to keep the awful garment, to save me having to ship it back to China (and posssibly pay taxes)!!!! Do NOT use this company.

Terrible quality product from China despite pretending to be from London. Offered a 20% refund rather than return. I have tried to return at £20 cost so will see what happens.

The fit is genuinely perfect-cinched at the waist without being tight.

Terrible, fake company.
Poor quality clothing, took ages to arrive and a trouble starts when trying to return.
They refuse to give you uk address and insist that you return to China, at your own expense.
I am now taking legal action as they violate customers rights and I am surprised that are allowed to trade??

If I could give this company zero then I would. This is a complete scam. They are based in China and the clothes are nothing like they look in the photos. Then when you try to return, you have to pay a ridiculous shipping fee, often more than what you’ve paid for the item. Do not buy from this company!

This retailer is not based in London and is advertising false information. I have now contacted them as the order I have received is nothing like the picture and comes up VERY small. Now if I want to return it I have to send it to China and pay the postage and TAX. Apparently it could take months. It will also cost me a fortune to return. How this is not fraud is beyond me. This good reviews can not be real!!!

I am pretty sure this company is generating fake reviews, take heed of those of us who have actually tried them, their clothes are poor quality, their story is fake and their 30 day money back guarantee is rubbish - you have to post it back to China and they will offer you a small refund to try and deter you. Scam company do not buy they send you temu clothes and don’t refund you

Wish I had read reviews. The marketing suggests you are buying from a store in London that's closing however items are being shipped from China / Asia. Order placed over 4 weeks ago now and still waiting. Now in communication as they are saying items delivered but I have not received one of the items and the other received is definitely not the quality you would expect for what you are paying.

Fake retailers - not based in London, do not believe this website!!! It may seem genuine with quality photos, a whole closing down story, photo outside a shop and nice product photos… but the reality:
Dress took weeks to arrive (as I later found out it was coming from China!), it was really poor quality, terrible fit, horrible fabric and as other reviews have said, difficult to get a refund - multiple emails back and forth offering a partial % and sales pitch of incurring international shipping costs and customs fees.
Avoid!

Absolutely disgusting, try to return poor quality items and have to pay to send them back to china. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

A total scam.
Fell for the website and their marketing along with many others (wish I’d read these reviews in hindsight).
Misleading. All images on the site make you believe you are buying quality clothes. They arrive from China, are of the worst quality and they make it impossible to return.
They offer you a portion of the money you spent and offer you to keep the clothes- clearly knowing that what they’ve sold you is utter rubbish.
Poor quality clothes and a total scam.

One dress I purchased has turned up. The other not yet. Ordered about 3 weeks ago. Really poor quality for the price. The print has run within the pattern of the dress. I cant wear this dress out.
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
I'm putting this one down to experience as trying to return it looks near impossible.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before. I naively fell for the story they publish on the website about the friends in business and it closing down due to bereavement.

Awful products, sent in bin bags with no paperwork, nothing like the photos on the website. This Chinese company make it near impossible for you to return stating there will be long delays, high postage costs and unknown taxes to pay. They follow a pattern of offering a percentage back to make sure you keep their shoddy products.

How do companies like this get away with it and keep scamming people?

Unfortunately this is a scam. The clothes I ordered were the wrong size, colour & substandard quality. Tried to get a refund only to find out returns are to China at your own expense, even though they got the order wrong. They ignored my request for a full refund & only offered 25% refund. Luckily my credit card refunded me.
