Gucci Sneakers On Point
When I ordered the Gucci Screener Sneakers I needed feedback on the sizing difference between standard European size vs. Luxicas sizing. Maris clarified and I got the right size- the shoes look and fit amazing. Bonus, she got them to me on a deadline that I did not expect them to be able to meet, which was wonderful. Excellence in product and customer service
I just received the newest member of my family and she is BEAUTIFUL! My new LV Speedy 30 in Sepia Pink in the new generation look at it is a great addition. I love the color and the reduced LV print scale. It’s so different and fresh that I just had to have it. I am continuing to work with Celine, she is a pleasure. Other retailers should have to study this company to know the right way to run their business and treat their customers. Excellence across the board had been my experience in each of my orders and I do not expect that to change on my next. Gorgeous products and excellent customer service keeps me very loyal. I purchased a bag but when I received it, it wasn't what I thought I ordered. I sent text message saying so and Annie reached out to me and came up with a solution that made me very satisfied. I've purchased items in the past and am very satisfied with my purchases. These bags appear more authentic than replica. The name on the inside of the bag validates the authenticity of the bag. I will purchase again in the future.

This company is truly remarkable. Their customer service is second to none. I ordered 3 things from them. I was very satisfied with 2 of the 3 pieces. The third item was not quite up to standard (Balmain boots some freying at the seams) so they asked for pictures. I sent them photos and they agreed to replace them with something else of equal value. I picked what I wanted and had it within 7 days. FedEx. I’ve ordered quite a few pieces. Clothes, shoes, jewelry and purses. If I’m ever dissatisfied they always make it right.
