Cancellation Requests Ignored and Order Shipped Anyway.
Three hours after placing the order, we discovered that the item would be delivered in five business days, not the next day as stated on the website.
We immediately requested cancellation. Instead of processing the cancellation, the company sent two separate emails offering discounts if we agreed to keep the order. Shortly afterwards, we received a notification that the item had already been shipped.
It appears that the company simply hopes customers will accept the delivery while ignoring clear cancellation requests. To make matters worse, the customer service agent stopped responding altogether.
