My issue is with someone that works there calls himself Mike.
I sent an email inquiring about their affiliate program, as there is no information on their website about it at all, and their support agents guided me to send an email to ask about it as it is some kind of a secret or something, you can go and check this on their website yourself guys.
Anyway, I mentioned this in my email and asked for the information about their top secret affiliate program, and this person Mike, did not understand my email and replied in the rudest possible way.
I recommend that you guys hire qualified people who can actually understand English or have a higher IQ.

Update: Your reply below confirms my above suggestions to hire someone who can speak English or someone with a higher IQ.
I have never said that I do not want to waste "MY" time, I said that I do not want to waste "YOUR" time, read my first email again carefully, I was being extra polite with my email, but apparently, the standards are very low at your firm and this reflects on the people they hire and the service they provide, very disappointing.
I saw your affiliate page and said to your agents that I could not find any information about your affiliate program there. He said the the best is to write an email or fill the form in the link that he provided. Not you, or your support agents mentioned that I can find the information that I am looking for in the terms and conditions at the bottom left corner of the affiliate page. You just mentioned this now in your reply to my review.
And my question was not if you have an affiliate program or not, my question was where can I find detailed information about your affiliate program, I have screenshots about this, do not lie to make yourself look good, that does not come from a decent person or firm.
Below is the email I sent for anyone that wishes to read it, I am willing to share screenshots as well, maybe you have read my email again and noticed this, and now you are just lying to make yourself look good, which is also another very bad indication about you and your firm in general.

This was my first email:

Kindly send me the information about your affiliate program, I could not find anything about it on your website and your support agents could not help me with it either ( I do not understand why though).

I want to know how much the commission/purchase is?
Is it for every purchase or for first purchase only?
What are the withdrawal methods for the affiliate commissions?
How often the commissions are paid? (Monthly, weekly..etc)
Is there a minimum amount to be eligible for commissions withdrawal?

And is there any certain conditions that I need to fulfill to be able to sign up to your affiliate program?

I hope you can answer my questions in one reply as I do not wish to waste your time with more emails about this.

First of all, we have a very clear page on our website, and that should not be hard to find!

Second of all, our live agent even advises you to go to this page!

Why do you say we have no affiliate on our website, it looks you never really look at it as well you say our live chat did not help you while it is clear he directed you to this affiliate sign-up page!

Where did you get the idea I will do it in a couple of emails! So, keep the ordering tone down if you want to work with us as we are not some online shop!

Here are the answers to your questions:

12.5% on the first-time fees that are paid by your referrals.
First only.
Bank transfer or Crypto.
First time can be withdrawn after 5 sign-ups and after that ever end of each month.
We have no minimum as long it is not less than the cost of the transfer.
We only approve owners of websites or social media pages/groups related to online trading.

Update 2: I am not insulting you, I am stating facts based on my experience with you, you should have seen this coming before coming at me with such a rude and aggressive way.
And it is funny how you decided the point of this discussion, while anyone can see how you got aggressive in your reply to me in your email, when it was not necessary at all. I recommend that you work on your anger management or solve your personal issues before dealing with people.
Your email, and your below replies confirm to me now that the problem is not that you do not understand English.

Great platform and great customer service

This is a scam company that uses people's funds to make money. I did the evaluation twice and generated 6 percent twice, I was never below the daily downdown and what do you say to me? i don't have my risk management under control and i broke the rules. so don't join this company, you will only lose your money because for some small reason you will break the rules and not get through. such a scam.

Like this prop firm they capacite you and foment a healthy risk management with the rules

At the end of May 2023, I asked a question about trading stocks, the answer was that that the platform was launching stock trading from 14th of June 2023. It never happened.

Better look for another trading firm since this trading firm can't even keep up their dashboard and system. if that is error, it is not their fault.
Also be careful when they change their broker. Something weird can happen.
it is hard for you to check you trading history too.

I just signed up and my trade was closed on Friday. Only found out later that Lux was changing broker and all trades will be closed that Friday. Was told that they sent email announcements and social media posts informing of this change but issue is new users will not be aware of this.

Edit: thanks for your reply. I signed up 3 weeks ago with a trial account but just started the live account last Friday. I checked through my email. Although I did receive several email from Lux (which forex pairs should you avoid? And swing or day trader?) but I did not receive any emails about the broker change… nothing in my spam folder too. Nevertheless you are correct that this did not cause me any loss. I treasure proper communication so I appreciate you taking the time to see what transpired last few weeks.

Everything is clear.
KYC is very fast and easy.
But, commission is high.

I had a problem trying to access my trading account( my error). The Lux customer service team have seen it all before and in no time I had a solution to my problem. These guys are no back yard operation looking for a quick buck, I hope to be dealing with them for a long time to our mutual benefit.

I have nothing but compliments right now. In my view, the pricing and conditions are superior to those of co-rentals, particularly in light of the rapid scalability of accounts.
Service to customers is lightning-quick. After requesting membership in their affiliate program through email, I received a response within ten to fifteen minutes.

Right now, I am also testing out the $1,000,000 trial with a free account. and there has been absolutely zero risk of failure here so far. Only 1 more day to go.
I'll be ready to purchase a genuine $1 million account in the near future. And will update my review after the first withdrawal. Stey in hold 2-3 months
