The fact that I can't save any tools is frustrating, due to the fact that technical analysis takes longer, and the fact that I can't save any templates also extends technical analysis. If I can do this likening tradingview, I would be happy ass.

didn't pass my challenge due to me being not consistent even though I have done my minimum target and days. I have been accused of gambling and not using consistent lot size and stop loss for 29 trading days even though I have done the minimum amount within 3 days. DO NOT USE OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I have been using lux trading firm since February 2023.
Their customer service is good i like how i can straight go in and ask questions without having to press many options. And they reply quickly.
They have strict rules which make sense like not being able to trade commodities and FX on one account.
They have a lot of technical difficulties. They've changed their platforms about 3 times now and it makes things difficult for me personally because I'm a day trend trader so most of my positions are open for days to weeks.
And each time they change platforms i face problems. These problems do get resolved im not denying that but i haven't had these problems with FundedNext.
If you are someone like me who likes to look back at data. when they change platforms. My trading data disappears and i cant find it on account history its as if i just started a fresh evaluation.
Even now my account balance has increased because of my equity balance and then had a spiked drop because my actual balance is lower which makes it seem like i had a huge loss. i contacted customer service and they said i should stop trading till its fixed.

I really like the smoothness of the Lux trading platform, having used MT4 and 5 in the past I was worried about the process of placing trades, however I must say it is seamless and very user friendly, If there was an option to drag and drop the SL and TP prior to entry this would would be perfect but its still awesome. I'm slowly proceeding through my 1 million challenge

I've had the account for several months.
They have changed brokers at least 3 times so they force you with each change to close open positions (even if they are making profits).
The pairs put them in and take them out as if they were ice cream in an ice cream shop. With the last change, they removed the crypto that operated on MT4 (for switching to MT5) and they intend to have you pay a new account to operate them.
The attention is regular. Some advisors are kind, however Mike is rude, disrespectful and never willing to clear up doubts and problems.
A shame. I will look for another company.

Firstly just read how they (whoever) reply to the bad reviews. They act like children. Maybe that is who is running lux. Stay away. On the second attempt I passed their phase 1 at least from a profit target. They said I broke a trading rule, so ok I did it was a misplaced trade that I immediatley closed out and re entered at the correct amount. But ok I can live with that my bad. So as I am about to start Phase 1 over again I asked a few simple questions to clarify what the rules were. I am going to paraphrase so yall can understand it. Even though for example only here lets say you have a $100,000 demo account and there is a 5% ($5,000) max loss risk Lux will only allow you to risk up to 5% of that $5,000 risk or $250. And you have to have a return of $12k on the example I gave. Good luck with that. And all of your trades must be the same size. I can post exactly the emails from their trade desk. So then I asked just for clarification if I had 15 open trades at 5% of the 5% would that be within the allowed risk or not being that the total is still under the 5% risk. The "trade desk" person responded that they did not even know what I was asking. Then in a later email patronized me asking if they needed to let me know what 5x15 was. These people are children. Stay away, most unprofessional outfit of any kind I have ever dealt with. I told them to shove the Phase 1 redo as I would never do business with a
"firm" like this. So bring on the personal attacks Lux I know its coming. Yall are a joke.

I’ve never traded on the TradingView platform before. They had just released their Lux Trader platform which utilises the TradingView platform.
They switched me to the Lux Trader despite having a negative $800 drawdown on my MT4 evaluation.
I’m now trading stocks on their Lux Trader platform, the leverage was very sufficient. I’ve also looked at Trade The Pool but the leverage and drawdown you get is less in comparison to the price you pay for Lux.
So I’m happy with my decision. I just hope they increase the payout frequency to Bi-Weekly in the near future.
If they can do that, a lot more traders will migrate to Lux. Big thumbs up!

I believe they might be one of the reliable proprietary trading firms in this market. However, there is a current issue that concerns me. On their website, they are advertising MT5 as one of their trading platforms, but as of now, they do not actually support MT5. This has raised suspicions for me, and I have been inquiring about this with them for the past 2-3 months. The latest update I received is that MT5 is expected to be available in the first week of October. This is positive news for me, and once they launch MT5, I plan to open an account and will provide an update here. I will also update my star rate after MT5 launch and feedback of their treatment with successful traders.
I genuinely hope that they are a legitimate proprietary trading firm that is committed to serving real traders.

Overall, this company is the ONLY INVESTMENT company that cares about the interest of Traders. Why I say INVESTMENT is because calling this company a prop company is an understatement and an understatement. Why am I saying these words!? The main reason is that this company requires every trade to be orderly, especially for trading in only one trading instrument, although the maximum total drawdown in the company is 4%, which is the best decision for any professional. . And the next thing is that this is a process that other prop companies have not seen at all in history and they offer free package resets to traders who have faced maximum losses at the cost of a huge amount of risk when they have technical problems buying a particular package. Providing a free package and providing both financial and psychological support to traders. Who can say when and where did you hear that Prop company re-offered a free package to traders who broke the trading rule when they had a technical problem!? NO ONE! Therefore, calling this company a Prop Company is a bit of an understatement.
When you read the negative reviews on Trustpilot, you will almost never see a valid objection, on the contrary, reading these objections will give you a reason to take a closer look at the company's trading rules and start trading responsibly. And this will be a great leverage for you to become a HEDGE FUNDER in the future.

I'm a long-time TradingView user, and I gotta say, Lux Trader feels like home. The interface, the real-time data, and charts are top-notch. It's like TradingView, but with the added bonus of trading with funded capital.

Hello, your company appears to be very nice.
I want to start the evaluation phase, but tradingview and lux platform have not arrived yet. Metatrader4 maximum stop rate seems to be 4%, while it is 6% on tradingview and lux platform, this will be much more advantageous for me. Do you have plans to bring it this month?

I recently used an Expert Advisor (EA) titled "HFT" on the platform, but it's nowhere close to real High-Frequency Trading (HFT). My criticism isn't based on being banned due to this but on my overall experience.
Issues Faced:
Login Issues: From day one, I couldn't access my dashboard. Their reasoning? An influx of MFF users caused server overloads. But if they've been in the market this long, why haven't they managed auto-scaling better?
Communication Breakdown: On the 6th day, I couldn't log in at all. It turned out I was banned for using the HFT EA. I received no notification about this. Their apology seemed insincere, and they called it a "serious offense."
Previous Complaints: A quick glance at other 1-2 star reviews on TP revealed that my dashboard issue wasn't isolated. It seems it has nothing to do with the influx of MFF users, contrary to their claims.
Conclusion: The responses from the platform's team have been unprofessional, and their excuses are hard to believe. If you're considering using this platform, do read some of the lower-rated reviews to understand the recurring problems. I wouldn't recommend them, and I'm bracing for their typical unsatisfactory response to this feedback.
Here are some of their responses to other customers:
“After you blew up your account, you wanted to blame our trader dashboard give you wrong information”
“First of all, 99% of all other prop firms use the MT4 trading platform the same as we offer, so your complaint makes no sense to say that we have no user-friendly platform compared to other prop firms!”
“It is easy the blame us and call us scammers for this, then look in the mirror for your own failure.”
“First, it is you who are a very rude and very unpolite person! Also, you forget to say how you treat our live chat agents in your first contact on our live chat and discord server.”
“It is always easier to blame somebody else for your mistakes and say we did not warn you!”

I am only reviewing the 7 day trial. With the limited time and information that I got I can say that Lux Trading view platform to me is the highlight. I have been trading on demo using trading view and it does work just like trading view. My only negative is the I cannot take partial profit yet. But I am sure it will come in the future. Other than that I love it. The dashboard is amazing. Very simple data to follow your progress. Whenever partial profit gets added I would gladly update my experience. It makes more sense for me to spend a few hundreds on a small 25k account than using that money on my own account. I still have a lot to learn but the tools that lux trading firm provides work 100%.

Even though the Lux rules are printed on the site, there's not much specificity to help you understand them. As I was progressing through Phase 1, I decided to do a little further research on Lux by reading through a lot of these reviews here on Trust Pilot. And my eyes began to be opened. It turns out I was violating rules without even really knowing. And Lux was not bothering to send me any emails or alerts that I had breached the rules. They were only going to tell me after 29 days of trading and me reaching the first profit target. Then they were going to break the bad news to me. Not too nice. So the lesson here is, know exactly what the rules are before you sign up. Here are the rules I was breaking without really realizing it.
STOP CONSISTENCY
I had a $200,000 Account evaluation account that has a 5% max drawdown (Risk Capital) of $10,000
I was being pretty conservative, mainly traded $250 Stops, which is 2.5% of Risk Capital but only a quarter of a percent of the account balance.
But occasionally I traded $500 or even $750 stops.
All of these are less than 1% of the account balance. In my mind, quite conservative.
But Lux has a stop consistency rule.
After asking them about what is considered reasonable variance in my stops, Lux says that switching from 2.5% stop of Risk Capital ($250) to 5% stop on Risk Capital ($500) is a 100% change and it’s a violation. All winners will be thrown out that had irregular stops. All losers will stay as a penalty.. They only allow for a 20% variance in stops.. So the most it could be would be 3%, which is $250 plus $50 (20% of $250.) Any winner over 3% will be thrown out. Now, you can choose any stop size you want at the outset. But you can't vary away from that amount by more than 20% or else your winners will be tossed out - but your losers will remain. Doesn't seem exactly fair.
ASSET CLASSES
Lux says I can only trade Indices or Metals or Currencies or Cryptos in an account. I can have up to three accounts. You should understand this rule. I didn't.
I traded Indices and Metals, without understanding this rule. I like to trade Gold ( a metal) and the Nas 100 as well as the US 30. (Indices) I have to choose which asset class I want, all winners from other asset classes will be thrown out, all losers will remain as a penalty.
That's too bad, because some days Gold is running and on some days the indices are running. You should be able to trade both.
STOPS ON EVERY TRADE PLACED BEFORE ENTRY
Any winner that didn't have a stop placed at entry will be thrown out. Even if a stop was placed just a few seconds after entering.
All losers that didn't have a stop placed at entry will remain as a penalty.
Any day they determine you had a violation will be subtracted from the total days. Since you need 29 trading days for phase 1, which is about 6 weeks if you trade 5 days a week, this can substantially add to the amount of time it'll take you to complete just the first phase. So, to tell the truth, I don't want to be limited to a 20% variance in my stops. I believe that using a stop that varies between $250 to $500 on $10,000 of risk capital is still pretty conservative. I also believe that I don't want to be limited to trading gold or indices. I want to trade both. They say that when they release MT5 you'll be able to do that, but we'll see. They seem to be in the habit of making a lot of promises that they just can't keep, and then blaming the broker. But bottom line, their rules are too strict for me. Even though I'm half way to the target on Phase 1, I'm dropping out, since they'll toss out half my trades anyway.
My biggest suggestion: Send traders an alert if they are breaching a rule, like not placing a stop at entry or trading more than one asset class. I know they'll simply say I didn't read the rules and it's all my fault but when you're new to trading, you don't really understand all the ways in which rules are applied. I believe that Lux can show a little more care for new traders so that they can understand the rules and the consequences of not following them.

It took me a bit more than a month and I completed the 200K challenge which had 12K target and 29 active trading days, unlike all other prop firms after completion of target 12000 USD and 29 active trading days, they didn't mail me until I did , I was told after a day with some lame excuses of not passing me , today they have confirmed that they are not going to refund or move me to phase 2 , So never invest in a challenge and spend your precious time with Lux Trading Firm, it's better to move with other prop firms who do not intend to scam your money and time because now everyone has unlimited time feature. STAY AWAY from LUX and embrace other firms Example - E8 funding , MyfundedFX, MyForexFunds, TrueForexFunds, SkilledFundedtrader, Rocket21Challenge, i have been trading for all of them. Never be disappointed by scammers and peasants.
