Ordered shampoo and had great prices! A little issue with my delivery which was down to royal mail, however customer service was fantastic! They had it sorted in no time and kept in communication. Will definitely use them again

I don’t even know where to start. As someone who has always struggled with dry, brittle, fine hair due to medical issues, this company and their products have completely changed my life and my hair. Not only do Luxurious Look sell amazing products for fair prices, but the fact that they let you pay in instalments through companies like Klarna make keeping up with hair care so much easier and more affordable. My products arrived in good time, great quality and my hair has been completely transformed. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my hair care in future. I highly recommend!!

My order didn’t arrive- an issue with the courier not LL. As soon as I queried this, Jo responded straight away. My new order arrived in quick time. I am so so impressed with the care and how Jo responded. It’s such a delight to deal with a company that obviously really does want to offer the best service and go above and beyond to make sure this is delivered. The only place I will be shopping for my hair products now.

Jo at Luxurious look is very prompt in helping me with my order, love getting my davine products through them.

Excellent customer service from this small family run business. I made a purchase and added the code to get a free gift set. At checkout I was offered £5 off if u spent over £50 which I added. This cancelled the £75 worth gift set. Jo quickly helped me out and I ended up with both discount and gift set. Phew. Only one treat per order guys! Lesson learned.

This company which is family run, not only sells all your top hair products at really great prices (and often offer an additional discount) but also give great customer service. You can tell they value their customers. You won’t shop elsewhere for your hair care once you’ve tried this online business.

Had to restock my usual stuff and saw an offer if spending over x amount. Popped that code in but then it asked again so popped a different code in …. The gift then disappeared. Emailed them and within 2 minutes had a reply and a response. Long story short , can only use 1 code and gift no longer applicable. As they value my recurring custom , they will pop the gift in too !!! Fast, efficient, fab customer service!!! Much appreciated.

Ordered next day delivery on Monday , it’s now Friday and still nothing.
I have checked with DPD several times and they’re saying they haven’t received it, emailed this company they’ve said they’ll give me a refund but only when DPD confirm they’ve lost the parcel , it’s been 5 days since I bought it ?! C’mon… this could take forever ?!. I’ve ordered the same product from Amazon and it’s been delivered without problem. If I don’t receive my refund soon then I will raise a dispute with my bank for payment.

I placed my first order with Luxurious Look at 9pm on 28th December and received on the 30th December. I didn't pay any additional fee for such speedy delivery and certainly didn't expect it to arrive this quickly during the festive period. Really amazing and I'm certain that I will be ordering again as they have an amazing range of products.

Absolutely blown away with the service I received not only did everything arrive quickly over the Christmas period. I received my order on the 28th of December which I wasn’t expecting. Considering I ordered on Christmas Eve. And everything came beautifully wrapped and presented in a gorgeous box. I will be 100% ordering again. My new favourite beauty website. Thank you.

I won’t be ordering again from this family company. I spent over the amount for the beauty bag and because I used a discount code they said I couldn’t have it. My daughter was looking forward to using the products. I was dealing with someone called Jo and didn’t like her tone in her emails. April

Royal Mail lost our parcel and they helped us out and promptly sent a replacement

First class experience when my Christmas order arrived with the conditioner broken and leaked all over my other products Luxurious Look came straight back to me to replace the broken item. This item arrived today with a nice email from the company.
Great service which will mean I will continue to shop with them.
