Luxury Escapes had my back when my husband fell ill
When my husband suddenly fell ill we needed to change our travel plans at the last minute. When the hotel was initially reluctant to approve a date change, the team at Luxury Escapes moved into action and got us a positive outcome. I can't thank them enough. Its the second time I've used this platform and I cannot speak more highly of them. Great service, great deals and very amenable.

Worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Fine if there are no issues, but if there is a problem customer service may takes days-weeks to respond, if they ever get back to you at all. Be very wary using this service. Nothing but trouble for me

Great Response to My Email to LE
Lychota (LE representative) responded to my transport inquiry related to transfers between the airport and our different hotels within 12 hours, thoroughly addressing each question I had asked (there was not one generic answer to any of my questions). Her answers were succinct, and she even included a helpful link, saving me the trouble of further searching the LE platform and going around in circles, as I had been.

I spoke with Emilia W to change dates for an upcoming hotel stay in Wollongong. I was concerned as we had double booked holidays in error.
Emilia was extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with and I felt I was in good hands. Within seconds she had changed our hotel booking dates and I felt she was absolutely lovely to deal with. The customer service is excellent.
