I found a great package through Luxury Escapes and had a voucher to use which wasn't working. Reached out to their support team and Lychota was incredibly fast in sorting this out for me.

My go-to site when making travel plans
I absolutely love this company and recommend it often! I love scoring amazing deals on gorgeous resorts. I just discovered the site about 2 years ago and have since booked stays at 3 resorts. My first trip through Luxury Escapes was to a beautiful all-inclusive in Cancun that I got for about 60% off for an anniversary trip. Booking was easy, and it was great having our stay prepaid. We just got back from a family vacation in Honolulu, where I had gotten an oceanfront suite for about 70% off, with daily breakfast included. Our third trip is coming up in a few months. This site has become my go-to when looking for accommodations and planning trips. I love being able to stay in high-end hotels without paying anything near full price, and I also love that there are deals worldwide instead of just in one location. Deals change often, so you can either search often to see what you can find, or you can set your travel preferences for places you want to visit and then you get notifications when there are new offers for those areas. Either way, this site is fantastic for finding exceptional deals!

The TELEPHONIC service is atrocious , trying to re connect with a specific agent is just about impossible . If you have a problem of sorts with your booking and you wish to speak to the same person , you might as well forget about that. The person you now connect with i'm sure offer to assist you . You will now go through the whole story again , then get one of the following
1) let me leave a message for '' whoever'' to contact you.
2)let me see what I can do . Never to be heard of again 3)ill transfer you to the correct department ,23 min later , dialing tone.
Believe me its a nightmare .I don't for one minute think they will allow you to read my observation .

Great customer support
Today we were charged by the hotel a second time (after paying for the booking through Luxury Escapes). A quick phone call with customer support got the issue sorted literally within minutes. Isabella S was fantastic - we are grateful for your help today.
All our other bookings have had no issues and we will continue to use Luxury Escapes.
