Due to an airline reschedule we were required to depart Budapest a day early. We had already paid the hotel costs for four nights, however, now needed three nights only. Isabella S, from LE Support, contacted the hotel to explain our situation and managed to secure a refund for the night we no longer needed. Isabella S kept us informed of what was happening throughout the whole process. She has been fantastic!

Web site error was resovled quickly without any issues. It is dissapointing the error occurred at the point my credit card was debitted, with no indication it had happenned.
