Too hard sell
I am looking at options for new flooring and sent for some samples . Since requesting the samples I have been bombarded with calls, emails which I have asked to cease . I will order when I’m ready but this hard sell is very off putting on what is otherwise a good product .

Lewis was really helpful without pressurising. The discount with ordering with him was very generous, I didn’t realise though that most of it would go towards the expensive postage. Overall though I can’t complain because his price still beat the website even with postage included in his quote. Overall really happy with my experience. Hopefully delivery and product quality are also commendable, I’m yet to find out!

Huge delays, renovation completely upturned
We made an order in February for flooring that we were supposed to receive in April. We have repeatedly been giving ETA shipment dates which have repeatedly not been met. We are now in July, our flooring was supposed to have been shipped yesterday and we have not received any communication. The only thing the company have offered is to send different flooring, but we wish to have the dream flooring we ordered and invested in. We do not think this is unreasonable. The renovation of our new home has been completely disrupted and we have incurred a financial cost as a result, to say we are disappointed would be an understatement

I have been speaking to Marley Bullough…
I have been speaking to Marley Bullough for a while to check out different flooring samples as I was making my decisions and he has been beyond patient with me and has gone above and beyond sending me more samples on the floors that I have narrowed it down to so I have been able to finally make a decision and have just ordered my new floors, the joiner fitting the floor has also approved of the quality and after having such a great and fast service from Marley I was not going to order elsewhere.

Great service
Great service, booked online on Sunday, forgot to order a door strip & contacted them on Monday to add to my order, was then asked if Wednesday would be ok for delivery, Delivered on Wednesday am.
No problem at all & great service.
Would definitely recommend this company & will use them again.

Excellent customer service, Marley was exceptional . Replied back to queries very promptly and was able to give advice on product which was incredibly helpful. Samples sent out were very well packed and had all the information on the back which made product selection easier to choose. Price very competitive so intend putting in order shortly.

Great Design, Poor Quality Control and Aftercare
I chose Luxury Flooring because two friends had previously purchased the same flooring from them and had a great experience. Unfortunately, mine was completely different.
The flooring itself looks beautiful now that it’s installed, but getting to this point was incredibly stressful. A large number of boards were warped, some had manufacturing defects and chips, and there was a noticeable inconsistency in the colour palette. I understand that engineered wood has natural variation, but many boards were so different in colour that they looked like they belonged to completely different batches. We spent countless hours sorting through boards just to achieve a finish that looked acceptable.
The first delivery was so poor that Luxury Flooring sent an additional pallet of replacement flooring. Unfortunately, the replacement contained many of the same issues, so we still had to sort through both deliveries to find enough usable boards to complete the installation. We also had to buy additional adhesive after removing and reinstalling part of the floor because the warped boards would not stay bonded properly.
Even after installation, there are still noticeable gaps in various places because of the uneven boards. In some areas, furniture doesn’t even sit flat because the floor isn’t level.
The biggest disappointment has been the way my complaint has been handled. The customer service representatives have always been polite and courteous, but I have had to chase for updates constantly, often sending two or three follow-up emails before receiving a response. At the time of writing, almost two months after delivery, my complaint still hasn’t been dealt with. The returned flooring has been sitting with their warehouse for inspection, yet I am still waiting for the findings, and my recent emails have gone unanswered.
We also had to discard a significant number of boards due to warping, colour inconsistencies, chips and other manufacturing defects simply to complete the installation.
I appreciate that Luxury Flooring refunded the cost of the additional adhesive and that their customer service team has remained polite throughout. However, the quality of the flooring and the extremely slow handling of the complaint have fallen well below my expectations.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Luxury Flooring. Better quality control and a much more proactive approach to dealing with customer complaints are urgently needed.
