I found this site very inexpensive and…

I found this site very inexpensive and worked well. It’s been vetted by Google so are shown on googleflights and skyscanner as options and often prices are 1/2 competitors- know that low fares are extremely restrictive- it’s the airline not the agent that makes them so - agents can’t change these fares or waive rules. Only buy these tickets is chance of change is low and your ok losing the value if you have to change.

In my case at least they were professional and fare was 50 percent of competitors so I was happy!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Could not hear a word on the phone so started emailing instead. I booked a flight and realised within 2 mins I’d accidentally put the wrong date. They told me I had to pay 3 TIMES the amount of the original flight price just to change it. It has made no sense and is completely fraud. It was obviously cheaper to re book else where instead for 1/3 of the price. Now I will loose all my money. Very rude and no customer service.

Do not book with LY.com!!

Do not book with LY.com!!! My flight was cancelled last minute and they denied my refund request 5 times and said it’s up to west jet when west jet told me it’s up to the third party I booked through. Terrible customer service! Just book directly through the airline website.

Impossible to contact

Impossible to contact. Tried to contact their online chat support but everything was in Chinese. Called their “Global Access Number” which was not toll free and still didn’t receive the support I needed. Will not be booking through this website ever again.

Booking was fast with great savings

Was skeptical at first as the flight ticket price was much lower than other sites. In fact it was over 70% lower than the airline published rate. But decided to give it a go. A confirmation email on the booking was sent out immediately after payment was approved. A confirmation email with PNR and e-ticket number was provided within 90 minutes. The PNR however was not recognized by airline online site but managed to get a new PNR via email after keying in the airline e-ticket number on the manage booking link of airline website. So, overall, it worked well and the savings was worth it.

Absolutely disgusting waste of time

Absolutely disgusting waste of time. Tried to book with 4 different cards and reloaded so many more times just for the payment to always be cancelled. Saying talk to customer service. When i tried that i never even got through to anyone not even AI so no help there either. Don't waste your time on this bullshit.

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for.. be certain of your dates and your overall itenerary, book it, get a cheap fare..

If you are then going to want to make changes... too much hassle.

I booked MDE->MIA - got the lowest far by a couple of hundred bucks compared to other sites... happy with my decision.

Not worth the headache

Customer Service is non-existent. I would not recommend this provider. The headache isn't worth the cheaper flight ticket.

I was directed to ly.com via Google Flights, and I bought a return ticket to New York on their website. As soon as my payment was confirmed on their website, I received an email with the subject "Payment successful! Here's your booking information". In this email, my personal information was confirmed, the requested flight dates and flight number was included, and my baggage entitlement. Unfortunately, the airline booking reference was not included, so I waited for the full flight itinerary to be sent to me. It never came.

There is a contact email address for ly.com on the booking confirmation email - csfeedback "at" ly.com - however this email address is as useless as expired rice.

I contacted Virgin Atlantic directly on 03448747747 - there was a bit of a wait before I was connected to an agent - thankfully, they were able to confirm my flight booking, my airline booking reference and also sent me their own flight itinerary confirmation email with all my flight details included.

I was lucky this time, but lessons learnt. I will not book on an unknown website without researching the company first. Oh, and always use a credit card.

1 star is generous - I've given them one star because my flight was later confirmed by Virgin Atlantic.

Fraud- no airline ticket

Purchased an airline ticket and everything seemed ok but the day before I didn’t receive any information about check in. I checked the info provided by ly and noticed no confirmation # for the ticket. I called the airline and there was no record of a ticket in my name. So, I had to purchase a new, much more expensive flight for the following day, during a busy holiday travel week. I’m lucky this didn’t ruin my thanksgiving, but I’m worried about this scam having my data now Luckily, my credit card purchase protection refunded me for the fraud and lesson learned.

This company offers insanely poor…

This company offers insanely poor customer service. I bought a ticket and noticed immediately its wrong date what I booked to departure. So, I requested to cancel within 24hrs of my purchase but they took long time to process to submit my cancellation request. As a result, they said my request was made after 24 hours of purchasing and I can not cancel it anymore.
I requested less than 24 hours after I bought a ticket and taking long time, more than 2 days , was made by this agent.
I was very disappointed about this company.

This company is a total fraud

This company is a total fraud. I requested a refund for a cancelled flight and they responded 3 weeks later via sms that I have to install an app called "we chat" (their own probably) in order to "confirm" the refund the same day. 11 minutes later I received another sms that the refund has been cancelled because I did not respond. This we chat app wasn't even loading. And the refund has been requested already by phone by myself, what was there to confirm again? Do not use ly.com. They are either thieves or complete idiots. I believe they are both.

Stubborn liars...

I tried to rebook a flight on ly.com. I spent hours discussing with them - to no avail. They charged me more than 1800 CHF to rebook it! I spoke to the airline and they told me that the fare difference is around £80. which means that ly.com are clearly just trying to make money... I am very frustrated that I wasted so much time with them and I regret every penny I paid them for my original ticket... I discourage everyone strongly from booking on their website.

Luggage scam

Scammers. Paid for luggage. The listing they booked was confirmed by the rep as having a checked bag paid for. Come to the airport and they say the agency made a mistake in booking the bag and it wasn't included. Contacted ly.com and the rep denied the documentation from the booking and their previous rep. Very clear ly.com is a scam.
