This is my second review, and unfortunately, my experience has only worsened.
I was advised by the support team to use an eSIM for porting my number. I followed their recommendation, purchased, and activated the eSIM—only to find that I couldn’t receive OTPs required for the porting process.
Despite raising multiple tickets, each one was marked as “resolved” without any actual solution. When I asked for alternatives, I was told:
"You need to try again online, or visit a retail store for help."
When I asked where the retail stores are located, the response was:
"You can check it on your end; we don’t have access to that information. Try searching on Google."
This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and support is shocking. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lycamobile’s Refer-a-Friend promotion.
Despite following all the rules and after my friends completed their required top-ups (three in total), I still haven’t received the promised bonus.
Each time I contacted support, I got conflicting information — first they said the bonus would come after the 3rd top-up, then they said the 4th, and later again they repeated the same response without properly checking my case.
It feels like this promotion is not being managed transparently, and the lack of clear communication leaves customers feeling misled.
I also repeatedly asked them to send me the official Terms & Conditions for this offer so that I could clearly understand the eligibility rules, but they never provided it.
Overall, this promotion feels very unclear and poorly managed, leaving customers feeling misled and frustrated.

Worst customer support ever dealt with. Have a issue over a month now where I have no Service. They asked to me get a new sim so they can swap my number over to the new sim. I have been calling in since last week where they are giving me false times that will be done in 4 hours. Week later nothing has been done. I've been calling in now asking for a Supervisor and when they transfer me supervisor does not answer at all. Horrible company. Stay away from these guys. Might end up brining them to court if this continues.

Feel like I have been scammed.. First SIM didn't arrive so somehow I have signed up to another SIM which has no reception and has been binned and I find out I have been signed up to a 24 month plan at £24 a month. Tried to cancel but Indian customer service don't care and don't reply. What a scam thought I was getting spay as you go SIM

The worst service I have ever had. It was with renewal by default. I toped up 10€ and it charged me for renewal and didn’t use the credit I have already put. After 4 days they capped my connection and I couldn’t use it anymore. Furthermore, it’s connection is not stable and I have always ask people to share their connection to access my bank app because it does not access with lycamobile 5G connection. I don’t recommend

The problem was fixed too late. I had provided all the information but there was still a few days delay.
Can't get hold of a live agent on chat, it just keeps waiting. Emails are replied to very late, couldn't call because my sim wasn't working.

I had issues with eSIM which resulted in having no service. After numerous time consuming frustrating calls with customer service there was still no resolution and I now had no service for over 2 weeks. I was so frustrated I wrote a one star review on Trust Pilot. Within a day I was in contact with Karthikeyan and within days my issue was resolved. She was extremely helpful professional and efficient and I cannot
praise her enough. Based on my dealings with Karthikeyan my one star review is now a five star review!

I'm a new customer who requested a Data only sim on Pay as you Go. Lyca mobile has charged me twice for the initial period. I phone their call desk and was on the line for 23 minutes of which less than 1 minute was talking to someone. He didn't resolve the issue but compounded it by telling me I was on a Contract sim and therefore couldn't cancel. I emailed Lyca 24/7 call desk explaining this issue 3 days ago. Nothing heard back. What a deplorable company. Don't use them. It's as though they are a legal SCAMER.

Pathetic.
I wanted to move my e-sim from one phone to another, which other operators can perform. They suggested to buy a new e-sim with another number and get an e-sim. They can then transfer original number to new e-sim number. they are unable to activate e-sim on other devices with original number. AVOID E-SIMS AT ALL COSTS!
