I purchased the myDNA NutriWell and myDNA Slim and was a waste of money.
The test itself arrived on time and the logistics to make and send it back are very easy, results were also fast available.
However what the test results give are completely useless - the metabolism one gives the % of protein, fats and carbs I’m supposed to eat, and the NutriWell one just gives a list of vitamins and minerals I’m supposed to be genetically predisposed to have deficiencies, which actually don’t match at all real blood tests I did.
The products sound really appealing in the description, but what I got as insights was useless unfortunately.

I took the first test early August. About a month later they sent me a new testkit. Something wrong with the first one.
Before that I got a diet plan, but still no testresult.
That plan can only be based on my BMI. Not my DNA.
I could get a BMI-plan for free on the internet.

I have mailed them three times the last two weeks, asking for the testresult. All I get back is automatic answer that they have recived my mail.
I'm expecting more fore what I have payed!

Customer expereince was great. I had let one of the tests expire and they issued a new component bag.

They responded in 1 day.

Not impressed was sent out the test and was missing the envelope to send back test !! Tried in vain to make contact was eventually sent one out after endless emails ! Done the test my results were complete and I have zero tolerance to anything which is completely untrue as I react badly to nuts dairy and a few more things very disappointing as I have emailed and emailed and yet again zero response as I wondered if there had been a mistake ? Disappointed ☹️ with the lack of response

I wanted to re-write this review as I didn't understand that the delivery address I provided was incorrect and my initial order took longer than I hoped but once I contacted customer services they were able to get myNutrition 100 test out to me within 5 days. I took the test and got the results back speedily and I am excited to hopefully see positive results based on the recommendations from the test.

The test is really easy to do at home and the results are presented in an understandable way. Highly recommendable!

Useless service. Can’t login and inexplicably the test results take more than a week. Have done similar blood tests before and results given on the same day!

I’ve had issues throughout my order.

I placed my original order a month ago, my first package didn’t arrive so I was sent a second. I did the test as instructed and sent it off, but my sample never arrived. I’m now going to have to be sent a 3rd box to do the test again and hope this one arrives.

This isn’t a cheap product so you’d expect a much smoother process. The one benefit is the customer care team are very helpful and have helped throughout.

For what I needed and expected it was spot on and the customer care team were extremely helpful with an issue I had around getting a pack resent out to me.
Would recommend this to anyone who thinks they need it. I have been advised on some changes which make sense and will hopefully help with my health.

ORDER VUS1720 on 14th November has still not arrived on 28th November? 14days 2 weeks to deliver.
This was my second order offered as a compliment owing to my 1st order also being late and a 1* given due to its delay.This review has since been ammended.

Tried this intolerance test after being recommended by a friend. Was very impressed with how quickly the kit arrived, how easy it was to use and the instructions were easy to follow.
Was kept up to date with the progress of my test and was very impressed with how quickly o got my results back which were very detailed.
Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, very straight forward and user friendly. Viewing your results online is very convenient, the dash boards are great and easy to understand.
I will definitely be using this service in the future, i’ve Seen great results already by understanding what my body is sensitive to.
No more water retention or bloating, huge improvements in digestion and two kilos down.

I don’t believe this company is real. They’ve taken my money, I’ve not recieved anything in 3 weeks, they don’t reply to my e mails, the phone number goes to a garage in Weybridge. I’m taking this up with Face Book whetecis where I discovered them. Whatever you do don’t engage with this company! It’s fake!

Very easy kit to use, and results came back quickly. My only slight frustration, was that there was no recommendation of solution or treatments for anything hormone related - my advice was to speak to a GP.
