Thought I'd give this a go as I've been concentrating on improving my health and fitness this year. The myFitness Test seemed to best fit what I was after.
The kit arrived in the post very quickly. It is well organised with all the bits you need to provide the sample.
The clear instructions said I needed to provide the blood sample in a fasted state, so after a good nights sleep and 12 hours without food (I delayed breakfast) I sat down to provide the sample.
I had to get my hand quite warm in order for my blood to flow quickly, so I ran it under the warm tap for 30 seconds and then started on the blood collection.
The collection tube filled up fairly easily within a minute or so. I whacked on a plaster (provided in the kit), and stuck the tube in the envelope (also provided) and then headed off to the nearest post box.
My results came through within 2 days. Some interesting results for me and definitely some pointers for me to follow regarding my lifestyle and diet that should improve my health.
It's great to have a baseline result to reference and monitor against for any future tests to see whether lifestyle/diet changes have actually had an impact.

So I took the test couple of weeks ago
So I took the test couple of weeks ago, and I know for a fact that I have some intolerance to certain food that the test did not reveal. The test actually said i can eat everything 😂.
I asked for explanation and here is their answer :"Our myNutrition test analyses
the concentration of the immunoglobulin IgG4 in relation to 100 of the most common foods.
If you have an intolerance/allergy to eggs, however, your body produces IgE antibodies as a reaction. Those IgE antibodies, in general intolerances and allergies, are not tested in our myNutrition test because it cannot be analysed in our blood.".
So bottom line, it will not tell you if you have intolerance that makes you feel bloated.
This is fake advertising.

We are very cautious not to use the term “intolerances” anywhere in our advertising.
On the myNutrition 100 test, we test your blood for igG4 mediated food sensitivities. Those must be clearly distinguished from food intolerances and food allergies.
Food sensitivities show non-specific and delayed symptoms and can appear when the intestinal wall is disturbed and more permeable to food proteins. Food sensitivities are identified through IgG4 antibodies or through an elimination diet.
Food allergies show mostly immediate and strong symptoms like swollen and irritated mucous membranes, watery eyes, sneezing or itching. An allergy is detected through the blood by IgE Antibodies or by a prick test.
Food intolerances result from the absence of specific enzymes and are normally not detected by blood tests, but by so-called H2 breath tests. For example, lactose or fructose intolerances.

Review of Lykon Test
I did the food sensitivity test last week and it was so easy to use! I’ve been putting off doing a test like this for a while so doing It at home made it so much more convenient! The instructions tell you exactly what to do and everything I needed was in the kit. I sent my the results off the same day as it advised, and although it said it can take up to 14 days I actually received them back today (less than 7 days)
The report was very interesting to read and informative and I’ll certainly be trying it’s recommendations!! Would highly recommend using this site and the kits to anyone!
