I have purchased wax melts from Emma, I was very happy with product and quick response and delivery. Emma is very helpful and knowledgable of all the candles, burners and melts etc, which gives you confidence in all that you buy. Will definitely be getting more lovely Lyla Belle goodies from her.

I first used Lyla Belle as a local company ( it was also recommended to me by a friend), and if I'm honest I was expecting the same type of wax melts as most of the other cottage industries do, pleasant enough but with no depth or staying power. Boy was I wrong- these are beautiful fragrances with a great throw. Put together sympathetically and have such a lovely depth of scent and long lasting too, I don't think I shall be going anywhere else from now on. I don't know who puts their scents together but 10 out of ten :) Their delivery is also quick and very well packaged too and their website is easy to order from.

Fabulous service from Michelle at Lyla Belle who you can tell really cares about her clients, from recommending quality products, to creating a thriving social media platform. I always enjoy entering the competitions and the enthusiasm which Michelle brings, adds to that. The candles are lovely and delicately made. This is a much loved business and community which really shines through.

Emma put together two hamper baskets for me to give as Christmas gifts I wasn’t disappointed they was just amazing I was half tempted to keep them for myself. I’ve got LOTS of wax from Emma and each time she is so friendly and is happy to answer any questions. Every time I burn a new scent I’m certain it’s my favourite until I burn another one I just can’t pick a favourite.

Well, what can I say? I have become totally addicted to both the candles and the wax melts!! They smell absolutely wonderful and listening to the sound of the crackling wicks in the candles is so calming. Emma has been a totally amazing rep.. always quick to respond to any questions and messages and she really knows her stuff! Can’t wait to order my next lot!

I just want to say a big thankyou to Emma, she has been very helpful, friendly & quick at responding to messages & questions.
I have only tried the reed diffusers sonfar in several scents, walk into a room & they all smell delicious. Once I have burned all my old candles I will be ordering some candles, wax melts & a burner!

I've recently become a little bit addicted to these. The wax melts are so easy to use, and one piece is strong enough to fill a room (and go upstairs!) Emma the rep is super friendly and replies to messages really quickly. I think I've tried at least one scent from each fragrance group and they are all so lovely. If you've ever been to Marrakesh I can't recommend Marrakesh dreams highly enough. It transported us straight back to the bazaar! ❤️
