The customer service representative, Norah, was very professional and courteous and really cared about my issue. The entire Lymow team has been extremely thorough in ensuring I was a happy customer.

It is a very difficult install
It is a very difficult install. took three days to get wi fi to connect. Was able to map back yard most times it will not start cutting so far in 6 weeks i have got it to work five times only once did it completely cut rear yard,

Lymow tech support to the rescue again!
I had reported an issue with viewing My onboard camera live on my Android phone and the fact that I've never gotten it to work on my iPad.
Norah from Lymow tech support had me send some screenshots to see what I was experiencing. Within a couple of days my live view on both my Android phone and my iPad are working great!
Fast responsive and resourceful support…
Fast responsive and resourceful support from Ally. My order already shipped but I accidently ordered the wrong version. I thought I would have to order a new one and return the original. But come to find out I just needed to order an adapter rather than a new unit. Since it was the weekend I already ordered a new unit. Ally caught this helped me cancel the second order and just order the adapter. This was a much better approach and saved me the hassle of a return.

Had a few issues with first the lawn mower resulting in a full replacement. Customer Service was great once they got back to you definitely tell there overwhelmed with the volume of emails but Racho was very helpful and hopefully this mower holds up better

It’s junk
I went with this mower for the blade setup. Lots of good videos online doing research but I’ve had nothing but problems. Charging issues, a little rain and the emergency stop button going off a million times a day. I have a wide open field and no trees so plenty of good signal .01 location connection but loses connection all the time. Drives out of bounds or into no go zones. My yard is over grown because the mower doesn’t run/charge. Takes 3 days to mow 1.5 acres if I’m lucky. Doesn’t cut all the grass so has to do multi runs. Bought the one for 1.73 acres a day and would be fine if I had half acre or less. Waste of 3200 dollars. No tech support or service for help.It’s junk. Very slow and cooks in the sun for 10 hours to cut .5 acres. Runs hot and bakes all day then if it does charge it’s heating the battery. All that heat is bad for electronics. Would return it if I could but what a pain. With cuts service bs. Day 4 of use told me it’s junk
Do NOT buy!! Product does not work and customer service is non-existent
To cut to the chase (more details below), their product doesn't work and they have no customer support to fix it OR refund your money. Do NOT buy!!! I preordered the lymow one plus on March 11, 2026. I received the product March 24. When I went to set it up that weekend it could not find my wifi. Not only could it not find my wifi it couldn't find ANY wifi in the neighborhood. The product needs wifi to finish setup let alone run. I emailed tech support March 30 after speaking with my wifi tech support (a company I was able to get on the phone on a Sunday evening with little wait time). Lymow said they would send a replacement April 6. That replacement wasn't received until April 24 and only after demanding I return the malfunctioning unit first which I had to find a way to get back to FedEx myself as they would not arrange a pickup despite it being 110 lbs and me being a single female. I set up the new unit May 9. It also would not connect to my Wi-Fi but I connected it to my phone's hot spot and updated the firmware after which it connected to my Wi-Fi. I mapped one small area and ran it once successfully. The next weekend I went out to map the rest of my property and it would not map or mow the previously mapped area returning an error message: "Camera Signal Lost (E32) Please restart the mower. If the issue persists after a few times of restart, contact official support." I updated the firmware again, restarted the mower, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, disconnected the battery overnight all to no avail. I emailed the company and nine business days later I have received no response. At this point I want my money back but I have received no response to that email either. Do not risk your money!!!

Terrible product
Terrible product. Will not function. Support is extremely slow to respond by email. I purchased a unit last year (2025) and never could get it to work properly. They exchanged for a new one and it won't even map the yard. I have yet to mow my yard one time with this, and I have been trying for over 6 months. Avoid at all costs.

Ive been using lymow one since last September. Im very happy with the mower ...very easy to set up.
However I had an error coming up constantly on the mower so got in contact with shelley in customer service.
After several emails lymow agreed to replace the mower ...Shelley couldn't be any more helpful thank you for solving the problem.
My experience with lymow has been very good and up until now I found the mower to be great!
Poor product quality and horrible customer service
This review is related to the Lymow One and the customer service of Lymow. The mower gave during the first day of mowing an E32 error which could not be cleared. During this first day the mowing results were not great with some parts done twice, some parts missed and a lot of turning around with caused damage to the grass. The customer service is non responsive and I am waiting for a replacement but no view on planning of pickup or delivery of a replacement. I asked for a (partial) refund with out success because I lost my trust and I want a mower now the grass is growing fast.

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have had the mower for weeks and still hasn't cut a single blade of grass because it won't connect to my phone and the customer service is email only and takes weeks to get anyone. Do not buy this mower or you will regret it like me and have a $3000 lawn ornament

So far my experience has been great without faults. I don’t have a crazy obstacle course of a lawn so I’m not asking it to do more than I expect. But what I do ask of it has been flawless. I’m sure it can only get better once user feedback and app interface keep on advancing. I’m totally satisfied. Can’t wait to see what the future stuff will be.
