So far my experience has been great…
So far my experience has been great without faults. I don’t have a crazy obstacle course of a lawn so I’m not asking it to do more than I expect. But what I do ask of it has been flawless. I’m sure it can only get better once user feedback and app interface keep on advancing. I’m totally satisfied. Can’t wait to see what the future stuff will be.
Early adopter, sadder but wiser
Was an early adopter. Purchased last year but it didn't actually ship until after the mowing season was over. Finally got it set up this spring and could not get the mower to power on. Since the chat link does nothing I opened ticket 72603 via email on 5/15. I got an automated response stating they would respond in 48-72 hours. Ha. 10 days later nothing. After periodically unplugging and plugging the power cable in it fired up! Unfortunately after mapping the yard and mowing one time it can't seem to dock. Even if I manually move it directly in front of the dock, it moves itself at an angle and crashes into it and eventually tells me there is an error. I let a bunch of positive youtube videos convince me to buy the product. I should have done more waiting and checking support reviews. A very expensive lesson.
Useless Customer support
I purchased a Lymow mower a few months ago and shortly after, opted into their "Return and Replace" program to upgrade to the new model. I paid the difference immediately. It has now been over two months, and I am still empty-handed—they have neither delivered the new unit nor picked up the old one.
The breaking point happened today. The return pickup was scheduled for this morning. When no one showed up, I contacted DHL directly, only to find out that Lymow had simply canceled the pickup without bothering to notify me.
Dealing with this company is an absolute exercise in frustration:
Abysmal Response Times: Expect to wait 4–5 days just to get a single reply via email.
Zero Real-Time Support: They refuse to provide a customer support phone number. If they had a direct line, this issue would have been sorted months ago. Instead, everything moves at a glacial pace.
It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money and then ghost them on delivery and logistics. I may revise this review if and when I finally receive the new mower, but given my experience so far, that seems highly unlikely. Avoid the headache
I have had issues since using this
I have had issues since using this, orginal came with slow charger and was sent fast charger which created charging problems. Also everytime they do firmware update the marked out location becomes off br 2ft and the entire area has to be recapped. At one point with charging problems they sent me a new base. Just last week my fast charger cable quit working and the machine is dead. Still waiting on support to get back to me.
Way to much instruction.

to me
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear that your RTK is having issues.
Based on what you’ve described, could you please help us with the following steps so we can identify the root cause?
Check if the RTK module is receiving power properly
When you notice signal deviation, please remove the rubber plug on the RTK module and check whether the indicator light is on.
If the light is off, there may be a power issue. In this case, please try using another power source (for example, if you're using an independent power supply, switch to the charging station’s power).
Check RTK signal values in the app
Based on the RTK diagnostic screenshot you provided earlier, it seems the module is still in the initial stage, so the data may not be accurate. Please restart the mower and update to the latest firmware version. Then provide another screenshot of the RTK diagnostic interface.
Also, please check the RTK signal value in the Lymow app. The normal range is 0.01–0.05 mm — please let us know what value you are seeing.
Update to the latest version
Make sure your device is running the latest firmware version before further testing.
Upload logs via the Lymow app
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please reproduce the problem while ensuring a stable network connection, then upload the operation logs through the Lymow app.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We’ll do our best to get this resolved for you.

I really enjoy sending the Lymow out!
I really enjoy sending the Lymow out to mow and not having to own a riding mower.
It would be just about perfect if I didn’t have to drive it into the zone manually for it to get an accurate fix with the RTK. According to the diagnostics, I have excellent reception with the RTK. If I were to suggest a software improvement, it would be that the mower could be set up to drive into the mowing zone until it got the accuracy needed for proper mowing and then it could start. The accuracy is .01 or .02 after I drive it into the zone. Most of the time if I just send it right from the charging station, it can be .20 to .60 or more.
I would definitely recommend this mower to anyone. I have a number of neighbors that want to come over and see a demonstration. Should be fun!
Everything is fine only you have to…
Everything is fine only you have to adjust in customer service. You have to have direct conversation with us. I don’t like to send you email and to answer after 24 hours if you see the experience to. Mammotion company because I have from 2024 Luba two 5000 they have direct customer service. They have direct phone number that you’re able to call. I like to see you with. Lymow also.
My experience with the communication…
My experience with the communication was seamless, pleasant, and trouble-free. All of my requests were addressed promptly, and the offer provided was entirely satisfactory, thanks to Shelley, who managed everything efficiently.
Guarded Enthusiasm
This review is about the Lymow One Plus.
My mower has been out of the box for 3 weeks at time of review, and so far, it's what I expected, considering the smaller size of the company and it's Kickstarter origin.
It's not a perfect little machine. Almost every day it gives me a minor error, either being overly sensitive to throw a "slipping detected" error while on the charging dock, even though it's perfectly level and clean, or phantom "emergency stop button pressed" errors, but both are easily cleared remotely. And the active development of its software shows a lot of promise in them standing behind the product, making these errors less common with each update.
This is the only auto mower design I like on the market, so my patience with the little errors is likely higher than most people's, and I knew what to expect going in. Expect some errors, expect to babysit it a bit. Report issues to help with further development. Remember, this product is just taking its first shakey steps out of Beta development.
That being said, a lot of attention has been paid to making the app easy to use and understand. Bluetooth controls are very responsive, recording maps is extremely easy, and the mower seems to go out of its way to never go an inch beyond a boundary edge (if you have a boundary at the bottom of a slope, your results may vary).
One oddity I've seen a few times, is when it's trying to turn, if the tread seems to just be spinning, it will turn the blades off, then make the turn with ease. Not sure why, but the blades being on seems to reduce its turning power? Not a big deal, just a strange observation. May be sorted out in a future model.
For a little background, I usually avoid products from China, as they tend to be cheaply constructed or break easily. Because of the design, I wanted to give this company a chance to impress me. While I haven't been blown away, I AM mildly impressed, and looking forward to see how they can improve in the future. (A simple start would be, on future models, don't use such a cheap screen on the unit, the current screen is only 1 step above a Tiger Electronics handheld game from the 90s)

I had a warranty claim
I had a warranty claim. The unit stopped working after 6 uses. It was promptly replaced without any hassles. Customer service, although only through emails, always responded within 24 hours.
Painful start, but wow what a machine.
When I first created this review I gave Lymow 1 star out of 5. This was because my new mower worked for 1 week before an OTA update bricked it. It had to be sent back and it took about 6 weeks before I had a working mower again, albeit a new machine, this period was very frustrating as the 'support' service from Lymow was painful. Lymow are well aware of what I think of their 'support', which needs to be improved.
So why did my review change? Over the period of about 2 weeks I found several small quirks to this machine. I had to adjust the RTK station position and make it taller - I did this by attaching the upper ground mount pole to the top the wall mount. This change improved the RTK significantly, I have a lot of trees and despite some initial problems it is working well and is not getting stuck. The next issue was that grass kept clogging the discharge hole - in this case Lymow's clever design meant I could remove 3 components, each making the discharge vent larger. Now the grass flies out and I am delighted. Another issue was that the Lymow started to malfunction and randomly trigger an 'emergency stop' or lift up the mowing deck in the middle of a mow. I realised it was getting damp as we had a terribly wet late May/early June - I built a basic shelter for lymow, so now it is not sitting out exposed in the rain. The design of the stop button or the LCD screen is not water proof, at least not for Irish weather. Anyway another issue fixed. Finally, the tracks started to make an annoying knocking noise - look up YouTube and the fix is easy. The track tension needs to be adjusted.
In summary, I am now delighted with my Lymow. It is capable of cutting my whole lawn of about 2,500m2 in a single day, I could likely schedule it to maintain a lawn 3 times this size. I cannot say this enough, the machine is built like a tank, it is amazing, and is so easy to work on. Everything is adjustable and can be changed to suit you very easily.
So Lymow lose one star as your support needs to be better, but the machine and the results are now outstanding. This is my third machine. I started with an Ambrogio but the buried cables were a pain. I upgraded to a Mammotion LUBA 2 which was good but the battery was too small and the blades did not last long which meant frequent maintenance. Fingers crossed third time is a charm but I think I am on to a winner.
I want to say that this is great…
I want to say that this is great compared to my old husquavarna 430x but it really isn't. They both have pros and cons. This having no wire was an easier set up but it doesn't cut as close. This should cut more in a day but it doesn't. My yard does have random holes from dogs digging and this manages that better but the fact it can't finish less than a quarter acre in a day is disappointing. The battery life seems pathetic the charge speed is slow on the 5a charger and I bought the upgraded 10a charger but the box came empty and support hasn't responded in over a week. I like you can rc it but I should be able to do that with camera on for fps as well. It clogs constantly where the huquavarna never did. I have had it over a month and it just seems half baked.

Great delivery time
Great delivery time, well packed, good instructions, great mower, works very well, better than I expected.
Very Pleased!
I purchased my Lymow in July 2025. It was easy to set up, wire-free, dual rotary blades, tracked treads, and they continue to produce new improvements to their app and software.
Lymow is a young company and there have been some growing pains, such as charging and slipping, but Lymow has demonstrated their commitment to making a better product.
Overall, I am very pleased with the mower and plan to purchase two more units for other properties!
Not perfect, but feels like a tech breakthrough
This has saved tons of time maintaining ~4 acres of challenging lawn at my weekend home. Part of the yard is a pasture with evergreen trees, deciduous trees, and slopes that my zero-turn riding mower couldn't handle. The yard often has little sticks and things that haven't caused any issues. The Lymow handled 95% of that maintenance burden.
It took a bit of a learning curve. I had to remap some zones a few times to dial it in. Also, it doesn't handle small curved/irregular shaped patches of grass well. For example, I have a few thin, curved strips of grass on the property (between our fence and a road.) The app doesn't have a great way to map and plan the mowing pattern on those, so I just use a regular mower on them.
That being said, I have no problem mowing a few small patches of grass while mower handles everything else. Now I can enjoy the weekend home with my family instead of spending 4 hours each weekend mowing in the spring and fall!
Mows great
Mows great. Climbs & mows a steep hill that my zero turn riding mower couldn’t handle. Grass/ruts left by riding mower are gone. I am concerned about two things. 1. Customer service and future repairs. 2. After intro 4G expires, what’s is going to cost me monthly? Mower cannot run on my weak WiFi signal.
I have this hill…… I dislike it
I have this hill…… I dislike it, I’ve mowed it once a week, 6 months out of the year, now I can mow every day…lol but I can’t get it to dock by itself…… I’m doing something wrong
