I purchased a roller set with a ball and a cylinder to alleviate the severe bruising caused by my SLD. Delivery was swift, but the checkout process left me puzzled due to three mailing options. Thinking I’d get printed instruction sheets, I chose an option that cost an extra pound. Unfortunately, the sheets didn’t arrive. Customer service clarified the misunderstanding and promised to send them. A digital version would suffice, but I couldn’t locate instructions on the website. I'm still waiting for them, but I hope they’ll arrive soon.As for the products, I find them a bit pricey. The blue ball is roughly tennis ball-sized, larger than anticipated, and the roller looks like a capsule, half blue, half white, adorned with a logo. Both are lightweight and made from low-density foam with a smooth finish, reminiscent of promotional giveaways I've had before. These items could have been shipped more economically if compressed flat, as they’d regain shape upon unpacking. Comparable foam toy products might be available at a fraction of the cost in discount or toy stores. My dogs, if inclined to fetch them, would likely make short work of their durability. I’ve rated this four stars mainly because the delivery was prompt. Instructions have yet to be received two weeks after assurance, but hopefully, they're en route.

Nice ball, but could have done with a video showing the sequence, without having to purchase yet another product.

At first I gave 1 star as hadn’t received the item. This was found to be the fault of the Royal Mail who for some reason redirected the parcel.
LTA then very promptly sent another item so I have updated to 5 stars. I did eventually receive the first parcel so to be fair returned the second one.
