Turnaround time was great, concerns around communication and attention to detail
Turnaround time was great although it was confusing dealing with different people at each stage of the equity transfer (4 different layers).
Communication could have been better, there were two occasions when it wasn't clear whether the transfer was proceeding before the deadline. Receiving an update from my solicitor advising what's occurring would've been nice instead of me having to chase them. This did cause problems from both sides with the other side also not receiving update from their Solicitor which caused concern for both parties.
Secondly, the solicitor working my case Kerryanne got some terminology wrong in an email, requesting to be sent a copy of the consent order from my lender when it was the Sealed Court Order (fromo the Family Court) she was referring to. This required a further email and extra delay awaiting a response to rectify. A Solicitor should not make such mistakes in attention to detail, that was a concern but as I say this was offset by the quick turnaround of the equity-transfer generally.

You shouldn't have had to chase for updates, particularly around a deadline as important as this one, and we understand how unsettling that uncertainty was for both parties involved.

Who they are dealing with & are they computer literate.
I’m not a young person. Can manage emails but been bombarded with them. Phone call would have been 100% better. Had to go over to office eventually could have done this a wk ago. Went to office. Person I went to see came over to me put papers on table ! No introduction nothing. I stood up shook her hand & introduced myself. Life changes I suppose?

From the beginning, they were extremely efficient, professional and helpful. They kept me updated every week throughout the process, which was particularly reassuring as I was dealing with the sale as part of an estate.
