So far so good
So far so good, extremely happy with the service provided, as it is my first time independently buying a property, I have been expertly guided through each step. Any queries dealt with immediately, in a clear and precise manner. A real pleasure to deal with each member of the team allotted to helping me with my property purchase. My present contact Lewis has been brilliant, extremely friendly, supportive and always available for any questions or queries I have. A first class firm to deal with.

We recently used Lyons Bowe Solicitors for the purchase of our property and had a very positive experience from start to finish.
A special thank you to Samantha, Naduni and Toni Marie for their excellent support throughout the conveyancing process. They were professional, friendly and responsive, kept us well informed at every stage, and were always helpful in answering our questions and guiding us through the process.
We particularly appreciated their patience, clear communication and efforts in progressing everything towards a successful completion. Buying a property can be stressful, but having a supportive and reliable team made the process much easier for us.

I would highly recommend using Lyons Bowe when purchasing a house. Uttara on the Completions team was efficient and helpful, as were our other contacts during each stage of the process. As first time buyers we found the guidance they provided invaluable.

Terrible service
Do not use this solicitor, this is the second time they have nearly brought down a conveyancing chain. The first chain collapsed due to their inability to respond to e-mails promptly. I haven't used them again for the second sale but others in my chain have and once again we are looking for exchange/completion dates and we are still waiting for Lyons Bowe to respond. Their client is also still waiting for them to get in contact to tell them about the proposed exchange/completion date. To confirm Lyons Bowe have not contacted their client with the suggested dates, not responded to other solicitors in the chain and aren't responding to Estate Agents! Incompetent at best
