Excellent service from Jonathan

Excellent service from Jonathan, our account manager in our Club!
The amount of care he has put in setting up the account and to take of the club orders with Lyreco is indescribable! I really recommend this Company but mainly Jonathan!
Never had a service so efficient!

Very disappointed with the attitude from rep

Very disappointed with the attitude and tone I received from my Lyreco account manager today. I called her this morning to let her know that she had sent me a product I didn’t order and just needed sending back (this has happened on several occasions where the order has been incorrect). She then said I was going to call you as the price I quoted you was incorrect for another product. When she told me the correct price it was actually 10x more then what she quoted. I said I can probably get that cheaper from Wilkos. She then very rudely said your always about saving and complaining about the price! I said I’m sorry but your the one who quoted me incorrect and I’m just trying to get the issue resolved. She said you don’t even warrant a rep and it’s not worth having you as a customer so I will close your account down and get everything returned. I was shocked by her attitude and said is this how you speak to all your customers? she said I don’t care who you are and you need to cool your beans and not speak to me like that! At this point I was completely baffled by her comments and asked for her managers number as I was not going to be spoken to like this from a so called rep. She said that’s fine I’ll email you his email and number and also the directors email and number but there not going to be interested in anything you have to say! I have made big orders in the past with lyreco where she was happy to assist and now that my orders are smaller due to the pandemic does not mean she can speak to me in this way. Every customer matters no matter how big or small they are, I am considering taking my business else where where my custom will be appreciated. She is obviously in the wrong job if she doesn’t know how to speak to people. There’s plenty of people out there that are desperate for jobs and would give a better customer service then what I have received.

I purchased a pack of gel pens from…

I purchased a pack of gel pens from Tesco about a month ago. The first pen was perfect. The 2nd had am inverted nib and not usable. The 3rd wrote poorly. Should I even try the 4th.

Complained to Lyreco directly because I no longer have the original package or my receipt. Their response - return it to Tesco! How?

Very disappointed with their suggestion and refusal to help.
