Just dreadful

Just dreadful. Neither of my last two orders have turned up. Their customer service barely exists and simply isn't interested in helping. It's frustrating as the one bottle that did arrive - the first - was good. But never again. They don't seem to see fulfilment as anything to do with them in the UK.

Spectacularly bad sign-up process - they lost this customer before I could even place an order

It takes a special talent to combine all the worst possible features of online shopping, but Lyres have managed it.

Log in process not working - tick

Discount codes not working - tick

Emails from customer service are 'no reply' - tick

You cannot use the help or contact features unless logged in. (Always annoying but impossible if the log in process does not work.) tick

It's like they have forgotten that they should be trying to help customers spend money. The entire process seems designed for their own administrative convenience. Not sure how much value that is, if they are losing prospective customers before they can ever place an order. Just awful.

Disastrous delivery ruined the experience

We normally love this brand so I ordered a selection of products for my mother for her Christmas gift. The box arrived poorly packed/protected. All of the various items were simply rattling around a large box. The bottle of Italian spritz had exploded all over the other items so it made for a sodden, dangerous, disgusting mess. When I complained to customer service they did arrange a new bottle to be sent but then sent it the address of a altogether separate previous order which had to be then rectified. The new bottle arrived just as poorly protected, but thankfully not broken this time. There was no real apology or any effort to rectify the experience by simply replacing the bottle. They simply ignored that the whole experience had gone terribly awry and it made for an awful present. We'd order this in a restaurant but would simply NEVER order direct from them again. It's a real disappointment as they've done the hard work of creating a lovely product. It's a shame their delivery and customer service ruin the experience

Avoid at all cost

Avoid entirely!

I put in an order late November and only got my order today and it’s nowhere near close to what I originally ordered. One package “got lost”, I was promised a refund but they sent a replacement instead and told me I was unable to be refunded. Customer service seems AI generated, had the exact same message sent to me twice and they never answer the questions asked to them. No contact number or complaints procedure. Most likely a complete scam and should be avoided at all cost.

Orders not received

I recently placed orders for Lyre's products: two directly from Lyre's and one from Amazon. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any of the orders.

* **Lyre's Orders:** I received a notification that the order is "on its way back to us," which is concerning.

* **Amazon Order:** Amazon stated they couldn't fulfill the order.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and the inability to receive the products I ordered are unacceptable.

One of the worst companies to deal with…

One of the worst companies to deal with . Customer service is unnecessarily long winded and they don’t read the questions posted . Been repeatedly asking for a replacement order as the original and replacement got lost . They don’t read the posts properly and days can go by without a response. Web chat is never available and there appears to be no complaints procedure . I have asked how to raise a complaint and the question ignored.

For a company that states it is world class I’m afraid its customer service is anything but!

Terrible product went mouldy within a month- undrinkable

Terrible. My Spritz went mouldy after being open a short time. Contacted with pictures hoping for a replacement since I had to throw the rest. They said they wouldn't do anything as I purchased through Amazon. This shouldn't matter, your faulty product, your problem. Such a shame as I might have recommended or bought more. Definitely avoid. Terrible customer care.

Offer is a conn

I recently discovered this brand & love the spritzer which I’d only purchased through amazon. Only I saw there was an offer on Lyres site buy 2 get sparkling wine free! Sounds great yeah? No it’s not!!! Because if like me you sign up (which is encouraged) you get 10% off- great you think! That will cover the delivery- no! Because they don’t tell you that now you’ve forfeited the offer and will not receive the free wine!! Plus they don’t tell you. So either checkout as a guest & pay the large delivery fee or just buy it from Amazon!
Just wanted to warn people. I’ve been in touch with their customer services which is just well you can’t have two offers!!! So will be returning & asking for a refund & buying from Amazon from now on.
Haven’t tried others apart from the spritzer & probably never will now.

Love it!

I love this brand, as it's a great way to end the day / week by indulging in my favourite cocktails without having any alcohol. My favourites are the Italian Spritz and Classico, as it makes a fantastic non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz.

Theirs nonalcoholic rum is pure scam. For the price of bottle of fine rum you’ll get a pigwash - almost tasteless diluted compote. Not worth of attention
