Girls are very supportive and nice and offcourse white Kelby coat is the most beutiful coat I have ever bought. Look so expencive and fabric is excellante. Very heppy with whole service and definetley will buy again

I ordered scarf in white. I had a little trouble with UPS. UPS didn’t send me any information that my package is ready to pick at the access point. So my package was going back to M-KAE :( I wrote to the customer service and they were very helpful and kind. M-KAE sent me my order once again. I received it yesterday and I love it! This scarf is so beautiful and the quality is perfection 😍

the coat I ordered ten days ago I still haven't received a brochure to track the shipment let alone that it was delivered ordered ten days ago, ok I took advantage of the ten percent discount on the first order which is ok but I consider that I am waiting this long I haven't sent a coat yet, I have no idea what will happen with my order because I'm going to Serbia, to change the address, who knows how long to wait, and customs duty is paid for Serbia, which is about half the amount of coat I don't want to pay because not what I wanted,
