Very poor customer service and I was looking for an imported engine for Toyota 4 y engine.then India Mart said they will let the supplier respond 24 to 48 hours .now 3 weeks no supplier is taking phone or calling me back .when I asked they say we are only plat form not sellers from customer service.very very poor guidance.i want to give 0 star ⭐ but there is no
option. I wasted almost a month with this .

Took a significant amount of money for an order. Order was guaranteed for delivery in 8 days. Order has now gone missing and they want to redeliver in 2 months time. Also tried extorting me for a further 50% of what I have already paid to get item redelivered.

Very bad customer service. Order never received. They do what it takes to take your money, then deal with it after. Scam

Indiamart is the best collaboration and service I know and I am from Belgium. Very nice and it helps for the transaction, and it explains really well, I recommend 100% very serious. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's a SCAM, do not send these people money. You will be robbed. Once they have your cash you'll never hear from them again. Avoid Indiamart at all cost.

Sellers get 3rd class services by indiamart . after you give money they will not hear your voice .

We used Dexter Healthcare exporter for pharmaceutical purcase. Great customer service, efficient staff and speedy delivery to EU. Very imprest. Highly recomended.

I was straight up ripped off by Gulam Kahn. Paid for my items then he hit me up with an extra $250 in import fees. I contacted customer service and they sided with him. He cut off all contact and ignored my texts.

IndiaMART like most businesses in India is a total fraud and scam. The reviews are PURCHASED and useless. Dishonest. I chose a supplier that was highly rated by them and lost $170. When I complained nd threatened to give the supplier a bad review the Manager My Avinash laughed and said there is nothing I could do that the reviews are locked and no additional reviews can be given. IndiaMart cares only about 1 thing. MONEY. no integrity? No class, just a dishonest scam

Scam website. Alle the vendors there are there to take your money and send you fake tracking ID.

Very pathetic service. Sending fake leads not genuine buyer even not filter data. Quality of leads is too poor. Do not purchase the Indiamart package even service team is very poor and I’ll responsible.

Do not trust Max. After receiving my payment, He tried to change my order saying he couldn’t ship but half of the order during the holiday so he wanted to change my order. He argued with me in a very angry tone when I disagreed. Then they ripped me off! I ordered in December and it is January 30. Do not trust these people, Max or Emma the medicine girl will steal your money! They stole my money.

After I sent $30 on an order we agreed upon, then they wanted to change the order making me pay for a simple with the entire $30. And then after New Years I could order the other medication. Do not trust these people. They do not stand by their word. Thank you.

This company are scammers they should not be allowed to publish anything on google so everybody be aware.

I don't think IndiaMart vets the sellers on its platform. I had a very bad experience with one of IndiaMart's highly recommended sellers, MediSeller, whose agent made an error on the shipping paperwork for my 490 euro order that (according to FedEx) caused it to be seized by French customs. The MediSeller agent lied to me and said the package had been returned to them, and I would need to pay an additonal 100 euro to 'reship.' I did make the payment, and of course the package never reshipped because it had been confiscated in France. After obtaining written evidence from FedEx that the package had never been returned to MediSeller, and after I filed a threatening complaint with IndiaMart, MediSeller's agent eventually returned the reship fee to me months later. Then IndiaMart closed my complaint, without investigating MediSeller's fraudulent actions and misrepresentations. At one point, the MediSeller agent tried to tell me the package had arrived in Ireland and I refused delivery -- notwithstanding that FedEx tracking clerly showed the package stuck in French Customs in Roissy/Charles de Gaulle. I have all of this evidence in writing in WhatsApp chats, which I provided to IndiaMart. I understand any package might be siezed, but the medication I ordered is approved for sale in my country of residence and I have a prescription; therefore it likely would not have been flagged by French Customs but for the paperwork error by MediSeller's agent. The agent then lied to me about the whereabouts of the package to solicit additional funds and also to cover up their own errors. This is fraud, not a simple human error. Therefore IndiaMart should have flagged MediSeller as an unreliable seller and removed the company from its platform.

I would have a zero but that option is not available.
Got robbed from a verified seller… their verification is bullshit.
All the sellers take western union payment.
I reported it to platform owner a they blocked me from logging in so I can’t get evidence to file a charge back with my bank.

Yo yo yo people I've ordered product from Indiamart recently.
Finding placing and making payment for the said products is easy enough and straightforward....
The downside to Indiamart.......
I was made to believe my products were to arrive within 7-10 days ( not working days,just 10 days) so 7 days goes by nothing,I'm starting to get a wee bit anxious we're is my bloody order?..( I say bloody because that's the first choice of word to express my absolute annoyance...
So 10 days comes and goes,still no products...
Right im going back online to bloody Indiamart (Tomorrow)..Then low and be hold on the 11th day ( I was about to go online lol)My products arrived.(Whoop Whoop) Indiamart are a decent website along with myself you should all have a little bit of patience and wait the extra day lmao...
Thanks to you Indiamart after receiving my 9 x 10ml bottles of s......ds I shall now be a solid 16.5 ston,of solid bloody muscle within I'd say 10-12 weeks at which point I shall most certainly in fact a hundo percent definitely be re-ordering the same said 9 x 10ml bottles of the same products and there considerably cheaper price of £11 a bottle

I know it looks sketchy with using WhatsApp. I found it confusing because several merchants are reaching out at the same time so you must be careful and pay attention to who you are purchasing from. I will 100%state this website/app is absolutely legit. I don't know if this is allowed but I purchased from Blue sky and I received my package in 12 days. It's legitimate products straight from India. Very kind person I spoke with. I received my tracking number in 2 days because I did order on a Holiday and tracked it to my mail box. The shipping is $35 but the product is cheap. Cheap as if you went there on vacation and bought it. Face it USPS keeps raising prices on shipping and especially from different countries. I say go for it you will NOT be sorry!

Ordered from KESHAVDAS & SONS and it took forever for their package to be shipped and when it was held by customs, they asked for 50% of the cost to reship. Why would I pay twice to these scammers? I do not recommend.
