Since I got my first wig from them in 2024, they’ve continued innovating their products and every new design I try is better than the last. Their delivery speed has increased as well and I’ve never gotten a bad quality wig from them. I am not an influencer nor am I sponsored by this company. It was just very refreshing to finally find a company that sends regular paying customers like me the same wigs I see in their videos.

The hair is shedding like crazy. I’m so disappointed because I saw so many good videos and reviews on tiktok. The hair that you see is not what you get!!! Unfortunately. On top of that they added a note to the customs which was devaluing the wig price in order for them to pay less taxes. This has caused me so much trouble. Pls beware!!!

I ordered my hair over 2 weeks ago.They stated it would only take 3-10 days of processing. It has been more than that. I have emailed and texted and received no response. This is ridiculous. I am requesting a refund.

I am very new to wigs and have purchased quite a few over the last year, however I found ISEEHAIR and fell in love with the wig I purchased. Great texture to the hair...it didnt smell bad like all the other wigs ive purchased. I even received freebies with my order. I will be shopping with ISEEHAIR only from now on. It's exactly as advertised with the beautiful chocolate brown color! It frames my face perfectly and I love the short Bob style! The hair is great quality with a beautiful shine.

I purchased the my kinky curly half wig on Sunday night and received it in 3 days! Shipped really fast! The hair actually smells good. Customer service was great on assisting me with giving me information on if I can color my hair. I can’t wait to see the results!

When I came on here and kept on seeing nice reviews, it pissed me off, these people hate to communicate and I hate companies that cannot communicate because then my scam sensors go off. They don’t respond to messages, kate isn’t the best help if I’m being honest. At this point I want a refund, don’t ship the order anymore, just give me a refund.
