I own my own pick up but the truck was playing up and had a 8 hour journey to get done so I gave maben a call and they sorted the truck out there and then and was ready to be collected for the time needed the staff was really friendly and easy to deal with real good service there vehicles are in really good condition for hire vehicles and really good spec will be recommending them to every one and plan to hire there pick ups agin in the future

Terrible service wouldn’t use again…
Terrible service wouldn’t use again didn’t tell us much information about the company policy if using please ask them about there company policies on the vehicle your hiring do not use this company go to somewhere else and save your money and when we got the vehicle there was mud on the floor and on the dash on the passenger side wasn’t happy with the deposit I got back as I tired my best to clean the vehicle when we got back

We do provide our company policies and hire terms at the time of booking and vehicle collection, and we’re sorry if this information did not feel clear enough on this occasion. Your comments will be used to help us improve how we communicate this going forward.
Regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle, we do our best to ensure all vehicles are cleaned before hire. Unfortunately, during busy periods this standard can occasionally fall short, and we apologise if the vehicle was not presented to you in the condition you expected.
As this review is anonymous, we’re unable to identify the booking or confirm whether any adjustments were made to the deposit or why. Deposits are returned in line with vehicle condition on return and our standard hire terms, which are the same for all customers.
We take all feedback seriously and would encourage the reviewer to contact us directly so we can look into the details and discuss the matter properly.

I booked for a Saturday morning and hired from the Bristol, Avonmouth branch. The service was fantastic, the vehicle clean and a pleasure to drive. I did much research before booking and believe I found and experienced the most reasonable and best in Bristol. I highly recommend.

Best Van hire I’ve used
