Brilliant service. Great communication, very fair price for recycled iMac. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this company as I hadn’t heard of them before, but they offered the most for my MacBook Pro and they were acting environmentally responsibly that I thought I’d give them a go.

The process was easy to do and addition of pictures simplified the process of determining what grade the condition of the MacBook Pro came under. I chose to post the laptop myself and sent it off. (Make sure you wrap the item really well and place in a strong box).

I received an email in the morning to say they had received the laptop and by the afternoon I had been paid! They also planted a tree in Kenya on my behalf! So, the most money for my item and benefitting the environment! Brilliant 🤩

Used mac-recycle to recycle my two Apple 27" displays.
Website pretty easy to navigate though confusion arose when I tried to register the second display. Phone tech help (Kyle) was great.
Displays were collected yesterday, i had a notification of safe receipt by mac-recycle this morning and confirmation of payment - for the sum expected - this afternoon. Excellent.
The small annoyance related to UPS - their site is poor, didn't have updates, didn't have the right number of packages, they did not confirm anything about collection or confirm that they had collected.

An excellent service. From easy to use website, receiving quotes and being kept informed, the service is great. Although I'd used proper packing, my mac arrived damaged! Callum immediately sent an email, along with pictures and after testing I still received a fair quote. I'd recommend them!

Excellent experience from initial quote through payment. I was looking to get rid of my old Mac Apple would give me absolutely nothing for it, so I tried these guys, Not only did they send a box which arrived the following day and arrange pick up the day after that through UPS, they gave very good communication In touch with me throughout and paid very promptly at the end. They also planted a tree in Kenya as they committed to recycling and helping the planet. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I have used MacRecycle before and they remain one of the best places to resell Apple products. Not only do they offer fair prices for your gear but they also tend not to renege on those prices, unlike some other chancers in this field. Once they receive your items they assess it quickly and pay you directly . Happy to be a repeat customer.

Sent my old iMac in to recycle - the whole process was very easy and straightforward. UPS came to collect it without any issues at all on the day/time that I had booked. Really good communication from the team throughout the process. Payment received very quickly into my bank account.

I've been using this company for almost two years to Recycle old assets from my company. Always give fantastic service and super helpful. Give some of the best rates I've seen, even when machines have damage or hardware issues. Really recommend. Also just a very simple, easy process.

Very easy to arrange from obtaining the initial quote to final payment - including packing and boxing to the collection/ postage and pick up. So different to other big main brand trade-in/recycle companies who are looking for the minimum customer benefit. It’s great to find a company who can help to recycle aging Apple technology.
From start to finish the process with them has been clear and professional, and the contact is personal (real people to deal with).
Considering how long Apple kit tends to last I won’t need to use them again for a long while but it’s good to know they are there and I’d be happy to spread the word.
Their added charity (tree planting) is a real bonus in this increasing era of sustainability awareness … recycling kit and tree planting 🙏

A great business idea. My IMac was too old for Apple trade in but Mac-Recycle offered me a good price for my 2014 Mac. All straightforward and money in my account within 24 hours of dropping off at their unit.

Sent my 12 month old MacBook pro 14" off and graded it grade a. Website said same day payment. It got there yesterday at 11am as I tracked it. Heard nothing until today and they claim it's grade b as the keyboard has "excessive wear". Not a chance. I took loads of pics and a video prior to sending and the only wear it had waa a little bit if sheen on the space bar. ALL used laptops have this as they are used and the spacebar is heavily used. Their grade description state that grade a is "light wear". I would suggest an IMMACULATE MacBook except the sheen on the spacebar is grade a. Offered me £250 less. Told them to return it. Won't ever use again.
