Great company! Great product!
I wanted to find an old-style Mac keyboard, one with a bigger keyboard with a wider Shift key for the left hand, as the new Apple keyboards are cramped and I mis-type all the time.
Not easy to find: so I was pleased to see one available on the mac4school website (Apple keyboard A1243) but was nervous because of a poor review from a previous customer.
Prospective buyers, have no fear!
When I emailed a query, I got a swift and reassuring response.
The brand-new keyboard (I went for a new rather than used) arrived promptly, safely packaged in a strong custom-fitted cardboard wrapping and plastic bag. The item is clean and new, perfect.
Brilliant... a great product, just what I wanted, it arrived very quickly, was well-packed and safe, and I received a prompt, friendly response to my query.

BEWARE! These guys are rip-off merchants. I paid £390 for a refurbished MacBook Air in July 2022. By September 2022 the baterry was totally gone - it lasts about 60 mins on full charge at the most, and then loses power in huge increments - it will show something like 30% and suddely jump to 0%, or just switch of completely. According to my order confirmation, it comes with 6 months warranty. I've rung them several times - always goes straight to answerphone, I've left voicemails, I've emailed several times. They can't even be bothered to respond to any of my attempts to get in touch, which either means they are totally incompetent, or avoiding my problem, or probably both. So don't risk getting caught like me - STAY AWAY!
