A total rip off if things go wrong!
I purchased mine in 2016. Just as it ran out of warranty so did the battery. You can not back up on mains power alone and iCloud is pretty useless. After two years I sent in to have the battery changed.

Absolutely shocking experience with my Apple Macbook Pro 13" with Retina display. This laptop is in pristine condition, however, just after only 300 cycle counts of use, the systems board has failed. I took this laptop into Apple and they said that I need a new system board at a cost of £480 (warranty expired) I do not expect with so little use the system board to fail like this. Apple was not interested in helping me out at all. Very poor customer service. I will not be buying an Apple product again after this experience. I'm not a happy customer

I love my Macbook Pro. It is very fast, excellent quality and picture perfect. It takes some getting used to the different set up between Macbook and sony Viao which I used to use, but now, I would not change it for the world.
