I purchased a beautiful dress from McDougall and had an excellent experience with their customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions promptly.
On top of that, the quality of the dress is outstanding, the craftsmanship and attention to detail truly make it a stunning piece.

Even though your website would not accept my exchange request for a couple of days; when you did recognize my email, your response for my request became immediate and thorough. I love my dress and am thrilled to wear it to my grandson’s wedding. I will have the length shortened at least two inches but no other alterations. This dress is comfortable to my body type and needs.

Mac Duggal listened and helped with a return! It was an exceptional experience. The dresses were sublime and magical and I appreciated their customer service!

The ordering and delivery process were easy and very quick. The dress was gorgeous; however, it was too beautiful and would upstage the bride and I had to return it. The return policy was easy and straightforward. I hope to receive my refund soon.

Dress had a faulty zipper and needed to be replaced. Was done promptly and efficiently. Gentleman was very sweet.

Loved the gowns— of all mother of the bride brands I tried, Mac Duggal had the largest range of gorgeous gowns at slightly higher prices than competitors, which I was willing to pay. Customer service, which seemed mostly powered by AI left much to be desired— but honestly, even when I was graced by the presence of a human macDuggal employee, it felt like that scene in Pretty Woman where they didn’t really want my business. It was so bad that even though I greatly preferred the macDuggal gowns to other companies & was willing to pay the extra price, I didn’t purchase my mother of bride dress from macDuggal.

I have to return both dresses due to fit but Mac Duggal made that very easy. Everything online. Plus they were quick to ship the dresses out. A little bit pricey on most of their stuff but they have great quality.

After eleven years together, and closing in on 60 years old, we wanted to get married without any fuss. Just the two of us was perfect. We chose to get married in Las Vegas. We got married at the Paris Hotel overlooking the Paris Balloon and the Bellagio fountains. My Mac Duggal dress was absolutely perfect! Just enough feathers on the shoulders, combined with beautiful pearls and rhinestones, was elegant and classy. Thank you, Mac Duggal, for your beautiful creations. I

The customer service was amazing. Dress was not fitting in the back around the zipper. I talked to the representative who assisted me in a worry free exchange of another size. The new Dress came immediately and fit perfectly. This is my second MacDuggal dress and it is everything I imagined! I will be back again. Thank you Mac Duggal!!!

I did not even receive my package - Fedex delivered it to another house and we still can’t locate it
