Great customer service with a return.

I purchased a beautiful dress from them, but it had a small issue with the finishing. I contacted customer service, and Joanna resolved the problem the very next day. Thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent communication

First of all ordering was a breeze, secondly, the dress was stunning, never seen anything prettier; thirdly returning was quick and easy. I will definetly purchase from Mac Duggal in the future.

I found Mac Duggal to be very lovely to deal with and their clothing is exceptional.

As soon as I hit submit on Apple Pay I saw the wrong shipping address. I sent 2 emails to change the address. Nothing. I called Fed Ex & they said the Company had to call for the change. I called MacDuggal cust service. She assured me that she would forward a message with the correct address. She saw that I had 2 emails prior to the call. I get a msg that the pkg had been delivered to the incorrect address. I was so mad. I called Fed Ex. He said they had no record from Company to change address. I called Mac Duggal again. She said she was sick that day & figured they would just do a resend. Whomever I spoke with was in the office & assured me she would send the msg out immediately. Now my dress is waiting for someone to watch for a Fed Ex truck to come by so they can give them the box to take bake to the Fed Ex station. I was told the correct address had been sent to Fed Ex. I pray I will get this dress because it was the last one in my size. If I receive it I will do another review on the dress.

I really like the selection of dresses, and when I did receive my dresses, they were a great quality. One of the dress’ dye lot looked off in comparison to a peplum against the the skirt. I received them fairly quickly with free shipping, but do not like the fact that the shipping back has to be paid for by me. If there was a storefront to go in and try all of their dresses on, I would rather do that rather than paying shipping back every single time.

I’d be very cautious about buying from this company, despite the seemingly positive reviews. When the dress arrived, the quality was poor and didn’t match the pictures at all.

My main issue, though, was the return process. Sending the dress back from the UK to the US, combined with the exchange rate, meant I lost £53 between the purchase price and the refund.

It ended up being a very expensive non purchase. I won’t be buying from them again, and it’s definitely made me look much more closely at return policies in future.

I only wish I had more events, galas & balls to attend so that, I can continue to wear Mac Duggal elegant, gracefully beautiful and timeless gowns, evening dresses and well made purses.
