Arrived very quickly after ordered late one evening. Well packed & protected

Very poor customer service , you will wait ages to receive your order and no one answering the calls and emails . Try to aboid

Very bad after care, in fact none at all. You buy the pump and then have to sort out your own engineer to have a look if pump is faulty. (More expensive even after buying extended warranty)

Took over a week for macerator to arrive (despite website saying next day delivery). I phoned multiple times with no response on phone number. When product came it wasn't the one advertised or that I ordered. Inferior quality and much cheaper Macerator delivered. Now trying to get a refund. No response on emails or phone line, trying to dispute through credit card company.

We have not received our Macerator. Our order was accepted on the 1st of December, and we got given an invalid Royal Mail tracking number.
Our order number is [Order #32731] (December 1, 2024).

I ordered a certain macerator with top access and looked really good quality but was sent a totally different model that was nowhere near the quality of the one I ordered and when I complained about it (after calling numerous numbers that got me nowhere eventually had to email ) got some lame excuse that they ain't got the one i ordered so they sent another one that's crap seams to be a scam!!! Not Happy at all

Wrong Macerator Pump and missing parts arrived
Took forever to try and return it.
Finally managed to return the pump and was told a refund was paid
Still waiting despite calling and emails
My card company says it should be with me now but they said credit cards take longer.
Very difficult company to deal with as as far as they are concerned the transaction is complete.
Looking like I will have to raise a dispute.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Everything went through very quickly, and we received the pump the next day.

THIS COPMANY IS A SCAM! SEELING AVARAGE PRODUCTS AND SEELING WARRNTY TO MAKE CUSTOMER BUY PRODUCT, WHEN ON BUYING THE PRODUCT TO BE TOLD THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT COME UNDER ANY WARRNTY!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company that was incredibly unprofessional. Their customer service team where rude and unhelpful. Which made the situation even more frustrating. I had been 3 months without a toilet as my Saniflo was not working. which meant that I had no toilet to use and left me and my family in a really awkward situation. After month's of enquiring about my Saniflo I was told that I had a warranty policy, but when checked they claimed it didn't fall under their warranty which was stated to me after 2 months of waiting for a reply. This left me feeling like I had wasted my money. To make matter worse I had to wait three months for a reply back for any resolution. I had called and searched a number as this company would not correspond with my email. The male who had answered was very rude and unhelpful and kept repeating that he is part of the sales team and he don't know how to help. This was very frustrating as I would not get a reply to my email. Once I was told that my product did not come under their warranty i asked for the item to be sent back to me. However I was told on email that I would need to arrange my own travel for the product which again the company did not help me with, as I was told on the email that I would need to spend money to sent the item to get checked and then pay for the item to get back to me ,which the company did not help me with as they should have as this item was purchased from them. Overall I would not recommend this company based on my experience and how they had treated me.

This company deserves no star rating however I have to click on a one start to leave my review.

The unit is well made & work fine .

Awful company spend £280 on a pump that they advertise and send me a cheaper one,never responded to email and phone calls

Having sent a macerator I didn't order, getting in touch to swap it has been a nightmare. They haven't picked up the phone or responded to emails. This is now 2 weeks on and I still have the wrong macerator and nobody to talk to to rectify the situation.

Absolute shambles of a company! The macerator I ordered wasn’t sent to me, I received a lower value macerator. Attempted to call, no answer. Sent number of emails, guess what no answers. Finally spoke to someone on the phone, to be told he couldn’t do anything and I needed to email the sales department who are based at a different location and didn’t have a phone number to give or a number he could contact them. Avoid!!!!!

Was easy to fit nice and quiet when in use

I bought a macerator from this company about a year ago. The device stopped working - when it was flushed, the motor didn't work. It caused a flood. I've tried to contact the company to get an exchange. They've been very vague and evasive so far, didn't reply to 3 of my emails about it, won't clearly give out the names of the owner and the whole outfit feels dodgy. Finally I spoke to a man today who was withholding in his reply. He told me I'd need to send the macerator back, that they'd check it and that would take up to 5 working days... and that if it's a fault, it would be replaced. I cannot trust them. This means cleaning a used macerator (yuck), posting it (costly) with no guarantee that it will be replaced. Very unhelpful and disappointing. If this is resolved positively, I'll write another review to say so... but I'm not holding out hopes.

The first pump i brought lasted 10 months. Then they would not send me another pump to swap for the pump that was not working properly
So I was forced to buy another pump on installation of the second pump it started to leak from the tank top, so i looked into it and found that the top panel of the pump was not secured down with the screws.
So It had to be taken out and to be tightened down to assure that it do not leak again.
So after all that headache it worked fine. These pumps are loud.
So my experience with this pump was not so good.
