Worst company to deal with. We bought macerator from this company and it turns out to be faulty. We called the company and spoke to guy called Adam, who was very rude. Instead of helping us , he keep trying to make us go away that the item is not faulty and that we are lying. There goes our 300 pounds down the toilet. Very dodgy company , stay away

Good product and good price , just not enough jubilee clips to complete installation, two short, no big issue

Go elsewhere. Next day delivery doesn’t happen and when you try to get an answer on when it will arrive there’s nobody who can help! The advertised phone number is a personal mobile number and IF it gets answered they tell you it’s a sales only line and you need to send an email (they don’t answer these) avoid if your reputation rests on providing your customers with an installation date!

You said that the delivery would be 24 hours after the order was placed.
The macerator arrived the following day.
I then had to phone twice email twice with little response. Eventually the toilet was delivered 3 days later.
Having a contractor out to fit the item he had to return 3 days later to fit it.
Which cost me more for fitting.
If you advertise that if ordered item will be delivered 24 hours later. You need to make sure that it does evenvif 2 separate parcels.

Had to call order through as would not work on online payment. Arrived a day late. But all in all product looks fine . Yet to fit it though.

Quick delivery

I purchased a macerator for next day delivery on 13/09. Not arrived and can’t get hold of the company. After reading the bad reviews, also discovered that they are breaking the trading standards law by falsely advertising the product is a Saniflo!
STAY AWAY!

I paid £232 did not receive the Macerator. Have had no response to emails and their telephone number is coming up as unobtainable. Doesn’t look like they are in business and if they are they are not providing the goods. Very disappointed / angry! 😤

The delivery of the items was split into two. We were not informed of this. It caused temporary confusion. Otherwise all in good condition and delivered the same day.

After advertising next day delivery I placed the order on Friday and expected delivery on the Saturday and arranged for a bathroom fitter to come on the next day Sunday but after repeated phone calls with not much help The order was completed on Wednesday 6 days after I placed and paid for the order
Also not only did I wait in all day Saturday but Monday and Wednesday So think yourself lucky you got one star

The worst company I have ever dealt with, save yourself the headache and loss and go elsewhere. The owner never answers the phone, it either goes straight to his mobile voicemail or he just lets it ring out, does not respond to emails. On the off chance you actually get a hold of him, he’s very rude, condescending and purposely unhelpful. The pumps are cheap Chinese rubbish that fail. Just check the other negative reviews and you will see this is not a on off.

Couldn't score a Zero or minus Zero advertises next day delivery which is crap can't give you delivery day either tells you to look at the small print for non guaranteed next day delivery but gets you in at the advertising page with next day delivery

Having used Macerator pumps previously I had no hesitations in using them again.
A reasonable easy swap for an existing pump which had come to the end of its serviceable life.
Simple process when ordering and timely delivery enabled quick fitting and shower/hand basin back in use.

Sent the wrong sized pump. I ordered the 600w unit as this is what I needed. I was charged for the 600w unit but a 400w unit arrived. I tried phoning multiple times over the coming week but no one ever answered my calls and I have emailed multiple times but haven’t had a reply and no one has arranged to collect the undersized unit and deliver the correct unit which I have paid for.

Still waiting for delivery. Haven’t had any tracking app.
