Deliver a complete different product to what we ordered! Doesn't answer the phone! Bogus company

Trying to return a faulty pump under warranty. After calling Aftersales was told I had to e mail. This was ignored and after chasing numerous times was given an address to return it to. The parcel was returned back to me with a message attached to the parcel saying ‘business closed’. Still ignoring my e mails asking for confirmation of their returns address so can only assume they are no longer in business. Still taking orders on the website though.

First delivery was damaged ( this can happen ). Next day delivery was all good. I was kept up to date with deliveries all the time, very good service. Only problem was phoning number, London number was answer phone.

Pump dies the job. Came next day delivery. Cannit ask fir more. Good price

Arrived on time, well packaged, all necessary items were in box for the install, works fine, no leaks etc,
very, very happy.

It is bad supply eight days a go I bought the maserator till now I haven't received the dilivery I don't want it now I ring coustomer services and that was on Tuesday and he told me is with parcel force till than 4days till I haven't got dilivery bad company.

Great unit and easy to install, only comment connection from unit to wc,pan is to smooth as compared to saniflows would recommend to have internal sleave to be ruff to allow better grip to wc pan outlet. would use this unit again thanks.

I’ve received my macerate & toilet, which was very prompt but I think it would be helpful to have a email when your order is out for delivery as unfortunately I was out on the delivery day , I asked the driver to leave it behind my car , but if I had known the delivery was coming I would have been available to receive it

What I ordered didn’t come for nearly a week. When it said that if I order by 2pm that day it would be delivered the next day. And it came in 2 parcels on different days. Nobody rang me to let me know. I arranged for a plumber which turned up but I had no toilet for him to put in. So cost me money.

The macerator didn’t work from the box when received. Which was very frustrating and time wasting

I was disappointed that the unit I purchased appeared to be described as a Saniflow unit. When I got the item it was not at all Saniflow but a copy unit.
When I question the company they said their unit is the equivalent of the Saniflow.
Bit misleading and I had no time to return the unit so had to use it reluctantly. Absolutely fine if you're looking for an equivalent but not if you specified Saniflow to your client.

Sent wrong item. Needed unit urgently so a real pain since when i contacted them they said out of stock.

FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT GO NEAR

I never threatened anyone this company is a fraud firm .You pay for good they will mess you around indefinitely.. And I have never sent emails to them this is an example of the sort of company that they are... Deceitful and untrustworthy. Read other reviews on them before you buy... Avoid them.

Wrong pump delivered, not once,.but twice.

Now stating that they do not have the pumps that they are still selling on the website.

Ordered a specific model, a different one arrived, they informed me the one I ordered and paid for isn't in stock until next month. The one that arrived did fit but clearly a cheaper model than what I ordered. 3 months later and it broke down, the nut that secures the fan had come loose. I repaired it by simply screwing it back on securely. 3 months later and now it has completely stopped working. Disgraceful service and quality. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a pump on Sunday due to be delivered Tuesday. Called Monday to check, was told it would be out for delivery Tuesday. Called three times for an update, last time I called at 4.40pm to be told it was cancelled but no correspondence received. No apology just got told there couldn’t employ any staff to contact customers

The delivery let them down typicall parcel farce otherwise the company did what it says on the tin
