Damaged in transit
Boxes were as described, reasonable value for money, but not very securely packed, with several damaged in shipping - only discovered a couple of weeks after delivery.

Placed an order on 1st May
Placed an order on 1st May, selected express delivery. It's now the 10th & still hasn't arrived. Customer service advised the problem is with the courier.

My order was out of stock, and someone at Macfarlane was looking for an alternative option and promised a callback the same afternoon, but unfortunately, the call did not come.

No stock indication on the website
I urgently required some laptop packaging using the air sac system. The product is advertised but with no indication that it was out of stock. I paid for the next day delivery.
A day later I receive an email telling me that they have no stock and the delivery will be delayed for a a matter of days.

Worst service ever !
I made an online order for products from MacFarlane Ireland on 23th January. They sent only half of the order and an email explaining they can`t souce the missing product. But they still have the product online "in stock". As advice for Samantha from Customer service: try to solve customers problems without lies, she tried to tell me I was informed about the fact that the product is not online through banners. Finally I got my money back after 3 weeks using PayPal complaint. Worst service ever. Stay away from them !

This company delivers exceptional service both from placing the order and the delivery they can’t do enough for you. Products are great. I have worked with this company for quite a few years now. When I had a large increase in business over a short frame of time. Macfarlane couldn’t do enough to help me. They even went as far as one of the sales team popping out on her lunch break to deliver me some urgent goods, now that really is excellent service. I have sometimes received orders on the same day as placing them and whilst this isn’t their usual turnaround time, I think this is fantastic. I recommend them highly.
